I scheduled Master Locksmith Stockton to meet my father at the house to change 4 door locks and 1 mailbox lock on Monday.Daniel showed up on time as scheduled. He provided outstanding service to include adjusting the front door so that it closes properly at no additional cost.Works quickly and will definitely used them again. I highly recommend them.

Friendly, fair, honest, and technical. One of the best companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. Michael helped me with new keyless entry fob. Although the new keys were incompatible with my car, he got the old ones to work and ended up charging me less than the original quote. Great service.

Called to have a rental truck unlocked, and one of there employees arrived on time and completed the job. He then asked if I wanted to have the key brought to me and I told him no, just leave it in the truck. The next day my employee arrived to go to work, and no key to be found. I called this company three separate times, and every time I talked to the person answering the phone he acted like I was inconveniencing him. He then tells you he will contact your technician and have them call back and that never happened. Then he proceeds to have your number blocked, because I have an out of state area code. So then I called from my office line and he answers. WHO DOES THIS AND WHY WOULD YOU HIRE SOMEONE LIKE THIS. We need an option for a negative review, one star review is way to generous for a company like this. Oh and to top it off he offered to send a tech to cut me a key and charge me for the one they lost! Honestly I don't want anyone from this company to do anything else for me, I was just hoping to help out the next one who clicks this website. Just break the window, or call someone else these guys screw up more than they help. To the owner of this establishment, hire someone new to answer the phone. Being rude to someone that has already paid you doesn't tend to get a return customer!!

I recently moved to the area and lost my motorcycle keys in the move. I have a 2016 Yamaha R1 and Michael came out and hooked me up with two replacement keys from scratch, which made it to where I didn't have to drive an hour to the dealer. I highly recommend if you lose your keys in any situation.

My Dads key got locked inside his van, called several places with only three places actually answering the phone. Master lock Smith was the lowest priced one. He came in about an hour later and quickly got the keys out. 5 stars for being one of the few that answered and being the lowest priced one. Was a little later than he said but thats it.

Very disappointed with them. Called for the past couple of days to get a replacement for one of my cars because i lost it called them about 6 times each days for the past couple of days and was also told a technician would be calling me but no one has called . Probably the rudest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Called three days ago only to hear an extremely rude woman answer the phone, stating a technician would call me back. I never received a call back, so I called again. Spoke with the same rude woman who then told me she would make sure someone called me back, within 1 minute I get a phone call from a man, who doesn't state who he works for, or anything, just says 'we don't do that, we can't make a key for that' and hangs up. Way to go guys.

Charged me $29 service fee PLUS $180 for 1 minute of work picking 1 of the handles on my front door. $209 total. Not worth it, you can find cheaper or do it yourself with a lock picking kit which is what they did.
