Called on a Friday evening after locking myself out of my apartment. Had called other places that didnt answer. Spoke with a nice guy who talked me through the process and what would be needed for the lock type I had. Luckily was able to get through a window but appreciated the prompt help. Hopefully I wont need to use their services in the future, but will definitely keep the number on hand.

Great job. Hyundai 2015 came in with my own key and they were able to cut and program it. Better price than I was quoted from other locations. Both my original and new key are working good.

Our 31 year old front door lock broke off in my hand as I left for work on a raining cold morning today. We were unable to close our front door. I went to Lazimi's with the broken parts in my hand and met Joshua. This was an old worn out door lock, but Jushua said I could save time and money by just replacing the 'spindle.' He said he thought he might have a replacement part somewhere in the shop. He went looking and 5 minutes later found an old used replacement part, showed me how to reassemble the lock and charged me $4.00 !! This is genuine old fashioned customer service! James.

This is the best locksmith company I ever used!!! The office people as well as the tec. were prompt in their service, did a great job with a reasonable price. I had a question to the owner and he was very personable, patience, attentive and helpful. There were no surprises with this company. Highly recommended.

My elderly neighbor recently locked herself out of her house and Adam came over within 1 1/2hrs directly after finishing another job to help her. From her phone call to their store he knew that she wasn't actually locked out, but that the door jams can swell with the heat and sometimes older people have a hard time getting their key to turn so it appears to not work. Adam was so patient with her and showed her exactly what happens and how she can get her key to turn. He also made her 2 more keys at no charge. I highly recommend this company and Adam.

Lazimi came out within fifteen minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, switched out the lock in a pleasant and efficient manner and within twenty minutes, our new door lock was in and working. Adam was my service person who came to provide us with a lock and two new keys to our mailbox. When the job was finished, he provided me with a receipt which stated 'please duplicate mailbox key in shop no charge.' When I showed up at the shop, Adam made me 4 duplicate keys at no charge. So I broke the lock on my estates front door. I called up a few places that gave me rocket high prices , than I rang up Lazimi Lock & Key which gave me the cheapest price by far , along that , they got the job done within minutes of arriving. Friends, avoid this guy like the plague!I called the shop and they sent a locksmith to make me a car key. The locksmith was able to make our key but also reset the security and dash in our car. I called back to get it fixed and the shop set me up with an appointment. When they didn't show, I called back and spoke to the owner. The owner refused to send the locksmith back out, denied servicing us, denied sending his locksmith. It was unbelievable! We have the service invoice and I spoke with him multiple times. The sudden amnesia was shocking- I have never experienced such horrible customer service.I told the owner I would be sharing this feedback on yelp and every other social media outlet. He told me I was threatening him, told me 'he does not give a F*uck about me and he would sue me'. Most startling was when he said 'You don't know who you am messing with.'Avoid this company. Shady business and moral practices. What a shame.Take your business elsewhere

This place has horrible service. I walked in 3 times in one day and each time they were closed when the sign on the door said it would be opened. I am extremely disappointed and utterly shocked because after my initial review I received a nasty message from who I assume is the owner. He called me a liar and he said he feels sorry for me because I left a bad review. Unfortunately my review is truthful and it shows that this is not a good place when it has a 2.5 star rating on yelp. YIKES.

Called and set an appointment to help with a lockout -- 7 minutes before the appointment, Lazimi Lock calls to say that there was a misscheduling, and they would not be able to make it until 'late in the afternoon.'Poor business practice to give short notice that you done-goofed something so simple -- Lost my business.

I locked myself out of my car the other night and felt helpless. I needed to get to work right away. I googled Torrance locksmith and called this company. The gentleman on the phone gave me a quote over the phone which seemed reasonable. A van showed up 20 minutes later and within 10 minutes opened the door. He was nice and assured me that I will get to work on time. I paid him exactly what was quoted to me by his manager over the phone. If you need a reliable locksmith, call them.

Called these guys to help get into my house after I'd been locked out because they've been around forever and figured they wouldn't have been in business for so long unless they were good. The guy had his choice of 3 doors and couldn't get into any of them so he said he had to drill the lock out. Sounded a little weird to me so I tried asking questions but he was a little agitated I wasn't just taking his word for it. He could barely speak english and wasn't willing to answer anything. He gave me the if I didn't like it I could call someone else...so that's what I did and I asked him to leave. This irritated him even more and he began threatening me--at which point I told him if he didn't leave I'd call the police. Once he left I called a different locksmith and got it figured out with no drilling needed. Needless to say you should call someone else.

This is the BIGGEST RIP OFF lock smith in the universe. IT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALLL COST!!!!!Their prices are DOUBLE OR MORE THAN ANY COMPETITIVE LOCK SMITH PROFESSIONAL, IN FACT POSSIBLY 3 TIMES AS MUCH. If you have half brain look elsewhere. This company sucks they kept me waiting all day never showed . They were to be at my truck by 11 then 1 then 4 to 5. The tech didn't care about any thing and blamed the office. The office blamed the tech. I work from my truck so this cost me the day. I guess I screwed up because I trusted them. Don't ever count on them to show up.

We have them change locks when we bought house 2 and half years ago. Recently the front door lock didn't work. I visited their store next to Donuts Den to make appointment because the store is very cose to my house. The lady told that the price will be 65$ for visit plus the cost.Next day a man came and changed a part in 15minutes and asked for 192$ (65$ for visint, 45$ for part and 82$ for installation fee).It seems to be very expensive to me.

this people are crook .i am leaving cross street from their business and was locked out called the m for help they start giving me running around and giving deterrent prices$ (300 -250-175)and even though when i agreed with their high pricing they made me wait for hours and didn't show up .end up calling another place who was like 5 miles away from me showed up in 30 mnt and fixed my problem with $70.00
