Rude as can be. Found out I wasn't going to be available for the time he assigned me the day before. Called him at 6:00am to LEAVE A MESSAGE LIKE AT A NORMAL COMPANY when they are not open and he answered the phone, asked me if I know what time it is and why I was calling at 6am. I told him I was trying to let him know as early as possible that I would have to cancel. Needs to get an answering machine and not be rude.

THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF! I called them to do some work. The quote they gave me was the 'cheap' option or the 'expensive' option. They didn't give a price on the work until it was done and it was 650.00 to replace a lock. What a complete rip off! BUYER BEWARE!
