Andy is the BEST! Professional and meticulous. Our 22 year old front door lock finally wore out. We could not find another lockset that would match the pre drilled holes in our door. Also, when we dismantled the lock (to try to fix it ourselves) we lost a part. Because of that, it was unrepairable because the parts for it are no longer available.While most people would have said sorry and left, Andy didn't give up! He went out of his way (unsolicited by us) and found exactly what he needed to repair our lock. He came back the next day and performed magic. We now have a lock that works and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Andy. You are the BEST!

I got locked out this morning. Searched locksmith on google map, and found them which are closest to me. Called them, came in about 7 minutes, and opened the door in about 2 minutes. Then they adjusted my lock after opening the door. Whole process took about 5-6 minutes at a very reasonable price. . Really friendly and professional. Insisted in giving me an recipe, althought I said that I don't need it. They really helped me out in a hurry. I decided to write this review to help them to grow their business so other could be helped as well.BTW, if you see this, if I search locksmith, your name does not appear in the result. I have to use 'tustin locksmith' to find you. And the name was'Imad hejazin' not your business name. I am not sure if this is correct. If not, I'd suggest you to contact Google to get it fixed. Thank you again for your service.

Imad is so personable, responsive and quick! I needed someone out same day within an hour, Not only did he take my call early morning , he was right on time! The best part is he was done in less than 20 minutes and his price was extremely fair. I asked him to change an extremely old storm door lock, none of the vendors around could figure it out , Imad Did ! I highly recommend him !!
