After taking possession of a house I was looking to get the locks re-keyed with also the idea of adding keypad in the future. Technician picked up the phone straight away and was able to come later on the same day. He has a very affable nature and was able to explain what my options were and what he was doing in a straight forward way.He also gave me useful input on the keypad lock options available as well as pointed out a couple of other minor things with my doors without being pushy about trying to up-sell me on the spot but rather just providing useful insight on things to think about for the future.I would highly recommend Absolute Locksmith based on my experience so far and they will be my first call if I have any other needs in this area in the future.

The staff, Im glad to say are both friendly & knowledgeable, so they were a great at helping us find the best option to suit our specific needs. We now boast a touchscreen keypad that allows us to nix traditional keys. Makes life so much easier, and their 24hrs services are such a comfort. I recommend them to all my friends.

Had a severe problem and had to get my safe opened. Called many locksmith and some said would have to crowbar and destroy it. I went here and they initially said the same. went after the job was done to find my safe in tact with keypad fixed and an extra key made of which i had lost and the keypad was broken. I was enlightened and amazingly surprised that it was also cheap in price. Definitely skilled.

Excellent service, and so fast and cheap. I had a broken car key for a car that's over 20 years old and everywhere else I tried they would have had to ship in a replacement. Even the dealer would've had to special order it. Here it took 5 minutes. I was able to get my car off the street in time to avoid a fine!

The first locksmith I reached out to would only communicate through their answering service which was very frustrating. When I contacted Absolute, Ben the locksmith called me back right away and answered all of my technical questions. He gave me several options and very fair pricing. An hour later, Ben showed up in a well equipped truck and in uniform. He installed high security Mul-T-Lock cylinders into my newly purchased Schlage Encode keypad locks. Several of the locks required a customized tail piece that Ben was able to fabricate on the fly. Ben is very skilled and a true professional. Thanks for making my home bump-proof!

My car key broke off in my car door lock around 5pm today. Stopped by Absolute Locksmith and they arranged for a tech to meet me outside their kiosk at Laguna Niguel. At 530pm met with Ben the Service Manager who quickly resolved the issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable professional. Would recommend him and his company to any commercial or residential needed their services. Do not bring your car to the dealer for keys,fobs, or lock issues as you will pay the price. This company is the best in South Orange County Ben will exceed your expectations. I have been in my business for 35 years and I know great customer service!
