Wasted my time. All I got was 3 bottle openers. The keys it spit were the correct type but they were all pretty much flat. I called immediately while still standing there and they gave me a refund right over the phone. If it would have worked properly this service is something I would have used again.

I am beyond upset, I called this place because I needed to get new keys since I lost mine own, about two minutes later I received a called from someone else that I called before this one, so I called immediately 5 minutes later and asked to cancel the lady said there is a $30 dollars charge for cancellation, now when I called a technician was going to get a hold of me before they could dispatch him or her she said 25-30 minutes and I had received no call because literally was 5 minutes that I had called so she said sorry is a $30 dollar charge REALLY? I should had read the reviews on this place before even calling is so upsetting how poor the customer service was and the way that she spoke to me, maybe advise customers that there is a 30 dollar cancellation fee before hanging up the phone or somewhere in the conversation.

It made house keys for me that worked. It doesn't take too long and the interface is easy. I chose the upgraded flat looking option and had no problems. It's more expensive than a hardware store but was a convenient option for me.

Interesting, easy experience with the exception that I was unable to make a duplicate van key. Sound reasons as to why not. Car key should be arriving soon. Good price, nice discount. Staff has been very helpful in answering my questions. Have already starting talking this service up to all who will listen, haha. Will be returning soon for duplicate house keys.
