Broke my locks on my vehicle, replaced them now so they don't match my oem codes anymore, Niv gave backhanded comments about my business to my face. He needs to work on his customer service. Still charged me $150 after the damage after argueing over payment. His workers are good.

I contacted Niv on a Sunday when i locked my keys in the car while in Ventura. I was worried with it being the weekend if he'd respond promptly as most wouldn't have. Within 5 minutes i had a reply and within 15 minutes he was on site. Niv was very professional and courteous. After he unlocked the car we got to talking about me needing an extra key fob but the dealership was wanting 250 to 300 for it to be done and would take a while to do it. Niv had all the high end machines to cut and program the chip keys on the spot and his prices couldn't be beat anywhere. I ended up having an extra key cut and programmed within a few minutes. I highly recommend him to anyone in the Ventura / Oxnard area and will be referring him business in the future, more smaller businesses could take a lesson from his customer service and professionalism. Thanks Niv!
