Bomac's is the place to go for all lock type things in the East Bay. It's a small unassuming shop. Every contractor I've asked relies on them. They cater to homeowners and professionals alike. Fast friendly service. Reasonable prices. Really no reason to go anywhere else.

Went in to get a key I purchased online cut for my Nissan. Alan was very helpful and even made multiple attempts to make sure my key worked properly. The key I purchased online was not quite the right key, and it would have been easy for Alan to send me on my way with my bad key...but he didn't! Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

ive been waiting for a return call for 5 hours now.i have called 3 times and the person answering the phone assures me i will get a return call i guess the don't need the business i recommend rex lock and safe they got me in right away and they were cheaper

The young man they have working as their key programmer is a very intelligent polite hard working guy. I have an Audi and my stock key randomly decided to unprogram itself. Completely. It activated an immobilizer safe mode setting and basically thought I was trying to steal my own car. I brought it into Bomacs at 5:00pm and the guy needed both programming computer machines to do my key. Used over 8-10,000$ in equipment and had to stay past their closing time to finish the job for me. I felt so bad, I could see it was frustrating each time he tried a process and it didnt work. I ended up giving him a tip and insisted he keep it because he earned it. Saved 150$ or more compared to going to the dealer (stealer)-ship. Thanks bomacs. Give that guy a raise I felt like a Gone in 60 seconds hacker stole my car once it finally worked. Bravo. Cheers.

As a property manager in Contra Costa County, I came to rely heavily upon Bomac's Locksmiths. They created master key systems for several buildings, fixed broken locks, dealt with key card systems, improved security with high security locks and installed safes. They were always reasonably priced but, most importantly, they got the job done correctly, the first time. I trust them to handle the more complicated jobs. Im am so pleased with their service. My lock was stuck and I went first to hardware store to get replacement part. Hardware store told me I need to purchase new lock so I did but I was not convinced part could not be replaced so I dropped by Bomacs and asked if I could replace. They said of course and reviewed with me why the one piece failed. I replaced 1 part and am pleased.
