I highly recommend Red Rocks Locksmith in Arvada. Ken called before he arrived and asked a few questions about my situation. He was able to assess that I might not need a new lock (save money) and was thinking outside the box.He was right! He had me fixed up in about 1/2 hour; courteous, professional and friendly.

My building had an emergency that left it unsecured and Red Rocks Locksmith rescued us the same day. Despite it being a last-minute job that required him to work at the end of his shift well past standard business hours, Ken provided extremely competent service, fixed both the immediate problem and rekeyed another door (a longstanding issue), and was extremely pleasant to boot. We really lucked out and I recommend the company in general and Ken in particular without reservation.

I highly recommend Red Rocks locksmiths, in Arvada, CO. The appointment was scheduled quickly, and Ken was very punctual and did a great job! The deadbolt was 'stuck', in the locked position, and he was able to repair it, without having to replace it. He made several adjustments, so it is functioning much better/smoother, and the work was done at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely call Red Rocks again, if I need a locksmith!

Ken was truly a professional! I have a 20 year old deadbolt lock system, that is no longer manufactured. Ken was able to repair the busted spring mechanism, therefore saving me from having to purchase an entirely new lock. Thanks Ken! I highly recommend this company.

Oren and the gentleman he was training came to my house within 30 minutes of me calling. He promised he would fix my lock problem within 15 to 20 minutes, as I had somewhere to get to. He told me of options, if he was unable to fix the lock, and worked hard to not damage the existing lock. As promised, he was done in 15 minutes! They were both super friendly, allowed my dog to 'help' them - I couldn't be more pleased!!! I will definitely call them next time I need a locksmith. Leo came and repaired a doorknob on June 18 at a cost of $104. The same doorknob fell off again less than three months later. Leo was 'unavailable' for three days. He told me to just use the dead bolt -- but the latch from the old configuration was still there -- so I was locked in! He was going to charge another $100 plus the cost of a new set. I was uncomfortable not being able to get out -- or get in when I DID get out. Went to Home Depot and bought a matching set, re-keyed it, and I'm good to go. Good-bye Red Rocks!
