I came in to have 2 keys (with remote buttons) cut for 2 different RAV4 vehicles. The work was done quickly and both keys work perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any vehicle keys (especially Toyota or Lexus) - they can expertly cut and program the keys. Overall I'm very happy with the service I received. Besides vehicle keys, they have a huge selection of standard key blanks, and also sell safes, door locks other security products.

Came in to have two key fobs reprogrammed. An issue came uo where the new keys were not working. Was told there might be an issue with the vehicle itself. Great place to go to. Very good staff. I brought them an elevator key to have copies made. Turned out they didn't work. They said elevator Keys are the hardest keys to make. They showed me why. Must be 15 or so wafers in less than 1/2 inch. They refunded my money no problem. I am a retired locksmith. I will only go to them. They are the best.

These guys were absolute life savers. I lost the key to my motorcycle and called dealerships, locksmiths, and googled as hard as I could to try to find a replacement. When I called Arapahoe Security asking if they could make a key for my bike they were very helpful saying if I brought in the cylinder they could make me two keys for a great price. Was not an easy task but they got it done in two days and I walked away a very happy rider.

!!!BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!We came here to get a new key for a Lexus about 5 months ago and paid about $200. Today the key fob broke and we went back and they pretty much told us too bad and that we would have to purchase a new key fob. We called or local Lexus Dealership and they told me that if we would have just bought a replacement key from them in the 1st place (for around the same price) that they would have just replaced the broken part for free and we would be on our way. Not only does that show Lexus standing behind their quality of product but it also shows customer loyalty. If you're thinking about going the cheaper route (which isn't much cheaper than the dealership) and using the cheap quality product at Arapahoe County Security Center, which they only give you a 30 day warranty, then let's just say you have been warned! Be the educated consumer and research your options. You work hard for your money so don't waste it here. In my opinion, you'll be better off staying away from these guys. I mean really, what could happen in 30 days with a key, beside losing it. I feel like these guys just want your money and don't stand behind their product. I hope this helps the next person.

Because home security is my responsibility alone (I'm not going to rely on the police department or an alarm monitoring company), this is my go to place for advice, target hardening, and a proactive approach to property crimes. You get what you pay for (like most things in life), and security is not cheap (although peace of mind is priceless). I've ordered many products (commercial grade and residential) and will continue to do business with this place. You can also stop by and ask for advice if your home (doors, locks, windows, and etc.) have been attacked and defeated or if you have vulnerabilities. I gave 4 stars because I have to drive to Aurora.

These people have Larceny in their heart. They are over priced and gouge the general public. A $67.00 door strike will cost you $400+When it comes to Access Control or Security cameras, find another vendor.They don't have the technical staff to back what they sell.

We hired Arapahoe to install our camera system and add updated HD cameras and they are always quick to respond and resolve issues when there is one. All 3 of them have great attitudes and always seem to go the extra mile when it comes to service. I appreciate each of them and love the partnership. My company couldnt have hired a better security company and My hat is off to Mickey, Marcus and Trent. They all got the Customer Service thing in the bag and I will recommend this company to anyone because of them. Thank you for all your great service guys.

Most excellent service from all the staff and the technicians did an amazing efficient and were professional and attentive to our needs. Handled a few adversities extremely well and troubleshooted quickly with great solutions with what seemed like an impossible problem. Always early on job site and had a great sense of humor. I highly recommend the whole staff Sheila Rossman who worked on the bid and coordinated the installation. Jeff Wolfe the other technician was amazing and worked well with Wolfgang. Awesome experience with this contractor from procurement process, to bid, to installation and compliance with the scope of work. Our agency will absolutely use them again and will recommend them highly! Wish all contractors were this capable and efficient ... ahead of schedule and on budget.
