I am beyond satisfied with my experience with aurora locksmith services. I thought it would be difficult to book a locksmith to come to my home and rekey my locks during a pandemic. But as soon i talked with sergio, he was able to squeeze me in their schedule for the evening. Arrived on time, very respectful and very fast and efficient. I definitely appreciated that they came in my home wearing face masks and using hand sanitizer. I felt very safe knowing that they are taking the proper precautions. If i ever need a locksmith again, i know who to call.

Wow! I was impressed and very satisfied! My car got broken into and then my car keys were stolen tow days later. I called and Nick was so awesome and got me a new fob and duplicate key so quickly, I was very impressed.

Above and beyond customer service. I wrote a review when I first called Aurora Locksmith Services Inc. and I just noticed it never got posted so I wanted to make sure I wrote another review. These guys are not only the cheapest I could find but upon unlocking my house they replaced my deadbolt and knob without an additional charge, as my other locks needed to be removed to enter. Would recommend to anyone and will call again if the need arises. 10 STARS. Thank you!

This guy arrived fast but he wasn't able to unlock our house with the device he has finally he decided to drill the actual lock then charge more, then we just noticed he damaged the door weather seal and paint.

I called Sergio for a quote on a key extraction and he was very helpful, honestly priced and was able to squeeze me into his schedule for the same day. Surprisingly, he was here within 30 minutes of my calling and although the the job was more complicated then we initially thought, he did not charge me more than what he quoted me. Locksmiths are always a pain to deal with but working with him was a pleasant experience. I took his card and will be using his services again whenever needed. Strongly recommend.
