CALL ALPINE LOCK & SAFE! Didn't hear a word back from Vail Lock, key & safe at all. Very disappointing. Brandon at ALPINE Lock & Safe returned my call within 5min of my voicemail, & was in my store with door unlocked and battery replaced all within 30min of my original call! Won't be calling Vail Lock, Key & Safe for any reason unless it's to tell them how awesome Alpine is.

Friendly professional service! Our new car didn't have a spare key but does have a chip in it and requires a laser cut. These guys nailed the cut and fell over themselves to make us happy after they were shipped a key with a bad chip. They got the right key fast and got us going. Thanks!

Went here yesterday because due to losing the keys to my Yakima SkyBox. They were super helpful, honest, and expedient with the service. I was out the door with a new set a keys at a 1/4 of the price of changing the lock cylinders, awesome!! Great experience, thank you vail lock, and key.
