Amazing service. Super nice and fast. Came in for the first time to get a key copied and he said it was on him I guess being 37 weeks pregnant has its perks.

These guys are great. I have a small safe and the battery died. I wasnt able to locate the manual override key. I called 2 other locksmiths who quoted me $100 to open it and told me they would have to drill through it. The guys at Acoma charged me $20 and picked the lock in less than a minute.

Amazing team. I bought my first house and needed the locks re-keyed. Mario was able to fit me in and sent Kent. Kent was awesome! He was patient, kind, and gave me a lot of great advice for my new home. He even called a few days late to see how things went! Ill definitely use them again and hope you do too.

I would love to say this company did excellent work, but I cant even get them to come out and do an estimate. Ive called several times over a five week period, with the last call resulting in one of the employees blaming me for them not being able to get ahold of me, because apparently theyd been texting and calling. Not true. Like I said, I cant speak for their craftsmanship, but if their communication skills are indicative of their service, Id look elsewhere.

As a business owner myself, i can appreciate the reality that not everything goes perfect. Its how you make it right for the customer. My wife had our Baldwin locks rekeyed. She was looking for the actuall 'Baldwin' style key made. The owner provided us with standard keys to leave with but had to special order the particular keys my eife preferred. Not only did they not charge for the special order, but made 2 additional keys no charge. Great customer service!

Worst customer service! I purchased a used car that only came with one fob (its keyless). So I bought two more fobs and needed them programmed and cut. Called this place and scheduled appointment. At the said appointment date and time I arrived but the place was not open and didnt open until 8:30, appointment was made for 8:00am (their choosing). When the employee finally arrived she told me she had no appointment on their schedule for me. I asked her if she was only female who works there she said yes, so I told her I scheduled the appointment with her directly. She explained all their techs were in Monument and could not help me that day. So I rescheduled appointment for 2 weeks later, again at 8am, she verified the owner Mario would be there at 8am that day. Later this day Mario calls and leaves a voicemail that he understood they messed up my appointment and he wanted to take care of me before my vacation the next week and wanted me to call him back to arrange it. I was impressed so I called him right back and left my own voicemail thanking him and wanting to see what we could arrange before my vacation as planned. He never called back. So I kept the new appointment two weeks later after my vacation. When I arrived the female employee asked why I was there and I explained my appointment. She looked confused, looked on the computer and asked what appointment was for. I explained it was with Mario to program and cut and program new fobs. She stated he wasnt there but would call him to see where he was. She calls him and when he answers she asks him if hes in his realtors meeting! She then walks to the back and I cant hear the conversation but as she returned she tells him shes sure she can do it. She tells me this when she hangs up and I ask her if Mario had forgotten about me again? She tells me he didnt and shed program my fobs. I asked her why Mario wasnt there to do it as planned and she tells me hes busy. I asked her why she didnt just take care of me two weeks ago when they forgot about me the first time? She wouldnt answer that question so I told her I was not going to give them my business because they had mistreated me twice and if they didnt care that much for they had not earned my business. I wasnt going to give them my money or business and not going to trust her with expensive fob to train on! I suggest looking for other locksmith.Now Mario makes up lies. I never told his employee to go to hell and now hes making up doing work for free. I wouldnt trust this guy to rekey anything of mine.
