Representative was not helpful with me on the phone, he would not reciprocate with my politeness nor show any desire to assist me; seemed in a hurry to get off the phone. I see this company has relatively good reviews overall, so this surprised me and even makes me feel a little bad leaving a negative review. Nonetheless, I think this company mainly specializes in getting people into locked doors rather than other locksmith abilities.

Had an appointment the next day. They answered the phone with a dispatcher who was very polite and thorough. And they called an hour before they came like they said they would. And then were exactly on Time! But best yet their Locksmith Benni was wonderful. Fixed two problems efficiently and saved me money. Very helpful in ensuring we had proper security and understood all mechanisms before he left.

Very upset, I was mislead twice by this company. They said they would have someone there in 15-25 minutes. 25 minutes later they said another 25 minutes. Then the guy never showed. I could have called another company to come instead of wasting my time waiting. I missed my tee time for golf. Find someone else to use.
