These guys are awesome. I don't know why I ever went through a corporate run locksmith when we had these guys in town the whole time. They got there super fast, REALLY nice compared to everyone else I've dealt with in the past hour trying to get a locksmith up to my fiances work. They let me pay over the phone which seemed to be an issue with everyone else. And given our situation seemed like they wanted to do everything they can to help us out. AND they're not unreasonably priced! Flat rate is the kind of thing I like to hear (: Honestly, thanks to Covid I've been doing as much supporting of local businesses as I can and I'm glad I took the time to find these gentlemen. MASON and BRAD thank you guys so much!

6 minutes before the scheduled appointment I was informed that the appointment would not be honored and I should call to reschedule. Unacceptable.Regarding the owner's response: If there is no answer to a phone call, it is customary to leave a voice mail. There were none. There was one text message. This text message from the technician said nothing about a flat tire and said nothing about another tech coming and he said to give him a call so it could be rescheduled. I have saved his message. There was no text message about sending another technician. Will have the lock installed by a more professional group.

Chad came and got me a new key in no time and kept a smile on my face while doing so. They are great people who know what they are doing and love just having a great conversation. All around they have great customer service, response time, and attitude which made the heart attack of loosing my keys much easier to manage.

After What Seemingly Could Have Been a Never Ending Nightmare Caused by My Own Negligation of Loosing a Key to These Rocketship They Consider Vehichles These Days.. Brad The Owner of EZ in Locksmith ReAssured Me That He Would be Able to Take Care of My Needs.. Chad, The Representative of EZ In Locksmithing Company Showed Up Earlier Than His Estimated Arrival Time and Was Able to Cut and Program a Key Within Minutes Just From My Vin Code! After Dealing With Several Different Locksmithing Contractors and Being Reffered to the Same Guy That Supposedly Cut the Appropriate Key to Start My Car.. Then Charged Several Hundred Dollars and Left Before I Could Even Test the Key Out, Then Said That He Cut the Appropriate Key and Refused to Return to Resolve the Issue I Lost All Hope and Even Made the Decision to Just Sell the Car for Pennies.. EZ In Locksmithing Restored All of My Faith in the Industry and Truely Prooved to Be Service Professionals That Just So Happen to Specialize in Making Keys! My car would not start and i looked for almost a week for someone to help me then i found brad and he cane to my house within 20 mins of me calling him. He got my car started so i could drive to the shop and even followed me so i got there without any car issues and i had some issue with the car after it was fixed and i called him and he was willing to look up a code i needed on line and even helped me fix my blinker. We use a special set of keys at our office that cannot be duplicated without going to the lock smith that sold the lock. We lost the documents telling us what locksmith could service these locks and keys. We called Several locksmiths and all of them except EZ IN Locksmith said they don't service our keys and hung up. Brad was an exception to the rule. We shared our situation with him and instead of turning us away like everyone else he offered to research what locksmith could assist us. Not only did he find the locksmith we needed, he refused to take any compensation for his time in researching the problem for us. this is the very definition of going above and beyond in the service industry. We cannot thank him enough.
