Called to get a quote for an additional fob for my 2003 Audi. After selecting option 4 Speak to a customer service, call went something like this:Yes, Im calling to get a quote for an additional key fob for my Audi.There is a $29 (Service call? Administrative? Processing fee? Something like that...) fee and then when my technician comes out, he will make an assessment and give you the final cost.Umm.I have a fob, and Im not locked out of my car. Im just calling to see if you can provide an additional key fob.(at this point the customer service lady interrupted me)The replacement cost will be between $100 and $300.and then she HUNG UP the phone. I guess she figured she wasnt likely to get at least the $29 fee from me, or wasnt willing to provide a quote without an obligatory charge of some kind.Your results may vary. Ill never call this place again.
