These people didnt even give me until morning to find my truck! They drove out of sight and had already gone through it, stole from me and even took my plates off!!!! All of my belongings were in trash bags by the time the lot open the same morning they took it. Non of it is one recorded as they tell you it is! I finally tracked the truck down only to be given the run around by three separate people! Finally just let it go bc it wasnt worth the damage the already They had cost us. These people cant be able to sleep at night!

My experience with this company was surprisingly pleasant. We noticed the car missing and instantly knew what had happened. Called the finance company, no surprise they wanted total payoff so we got the number to this location and called them up. I understand some consumers are irate when they see a tow truck but maybe as a courtesy leave the carseats. Especially if you have a standing protocol of holding the belongings till an appointment can be made starting the following day. I had a passport appointment at 8 am and the uncaring female phone rep could care less that they had my carseats and money seemed like she purposefully scheduled me hours after my appointment to make some sort of point. Her I don't like, but on the phone she assured me that our bank envelope of cash would be secured in their safe and all my items available at 1030. When asked what if something is missing she kept repeating that no one is allowed on the lot, when my frustration peaked she said if anything is missing they'll go look for it for us. Now, like everyone else I read the reviews so I was amped and ready for stolen money, missing items and attitude. Turns out.... I was overreacting, check in once we found the place was very smoothe. Said who we were and waited for someone to come to us, out walks this guy posture non threatening, self assured, polite, and calm. We signed some paperwork, recieved our bags, carseats and CASH, ALL $600 and all our change. Items were not trashed or broken he even took care with our CDs not to scratch them. Don't like how we met but I recommend them based on in person customer service, integrity, and honesty. Also must add, GPS takes you to the back of their business, try driving around to the front of that wall do not enter Denver water.

I had my car repossessed a few weeks ago, and this company was hired by another company to take it. I called that day to put a hold on it to pick it up 2 days later. I understand the reasons leading up to that were my fault, HOWEVER, the gentleman the 'cleaned out' my car stole quite a few personal items, which is why I'm leaving a 1 star review. My stereo also BLASTING when he turned my car on to return it to me (I could hear it from the waiting room), which was not how it when I shut off my car). Terrible company.

Today I woke up and thought my vehicle was stolen. Called the police and they informed me it was repossessed. Called the bank I have a loan through and was basically told it was a mistake and sent a release request to Camping Co. I called them as soon as they opened. The woman that answered was very nice and helpful. She set an appointment for me to pick the vehicle up for an hour later. I showed up and thegentleman that came out to assist us was very friendly. My circumstance was very rare but they were very informative and understanding. They made sure we were able to look over the vehicle and belongings. They made sure we understood everything I was signing and the process that occurred. I know they had nothing to do with the mistake. They were just doing their jobs. I appreciate their customer service. I hope if you ever have your car repossessed you have the pleasure of working with them.

This company is a joke, we tried to surrender our car, so our car company sent them and I thought because we were willingly surrendering our car they would work with us. WE WERE WRONG. The driver screamed at us and tried to run over my husband when he tried to get the car seats out, we told them we just wanted our stuff out and we werent fighting it he said we had 15 seconds and screamed at us some more, I was literally shaking. We called and were told to come down and get the rest of our stuff, went to get it only to find out that we had to make an appointment, had to make an appointment for the following week and then they didnt even get all of our stuff. When we brought that up the office lady, Shayla, said that our car stank so bad she had to hold her nose get our stuff out of there and that they already sent it to get auctioned. No one else seemed to have that issue and considering the car had just been detailed and all I wanted was my expensive pens from the glovebox I think she stole them. This is seriously the worst company Ive ever dealt with and Shayla and the driver were the worst, there was a guy there (I think his name was Micheal?) that wasnt too bad but they really need to get rid of the rest of them. I get that recovery is a bad business and you never know how someone is going to react but we were literally giving it to you guys, yall didnt have to act like that and you didnt have to be rude, disrespectful, disgusting, condescending, and thieves... seriously, stealing from people who are already going through a rough time? Thats low, yall.

I was very skeptical coming coming in to retrieve our belonging and worried our valuables would never been seen again after reading the reviews. To my surprise they were extremely helpful and everything was back in our possession. Thank you to Shayla for helping us and making this an easy process for us.

They threw away a professional scooter I had in my car because they thought it was someone elses. Cant afford to replace it. All of my stuff was thrown into bags with no care for any of it. Not a huge fan of their customer service either

Repo man was waiting at my house when I arrived. Did not say who he was or what he wanted. I feared he intended to harm me. Apparently looking for someone who used to live here or had wrong address. I had my dog give him a good scare. I saw the logo on the truck as he left. I hope you get arrested for trespassing. Very creeped out by this ordeal.

Horrible company to have to work with. Lady told my husband and I the wrong amount of days that they hold your item and ended up having my HOME keys thrown away and my designer wallet and purse thrown away. Wouldve appreciated being told the correct amount of days so this couldve been prevented.

This company steals personal property. Im not talking towing, they actually tried to keep some of my personal items. Luckily I have my car back, but this company is so untrustworthy!

Wow, what a shady place. Most of my items were returned, but some were missing. The most disturbing part was that interior parts of my car were missing!! They actual ripped out part of my interior. Wow. I also cant even begin to describe how filthy my car was when returned. It looked like a bomb full of car grease went off inside. While some of the people I dealt with were nice , I was also given incorrect and misleading information that caused me serious headache. Extremely bad experience. Dishonest shady scammy outfit.

I'm sure everyone who comes here is mad and takes it out on these guys. But their just trying to feed their family like everyone else. You get treated same as you treat other. That goes w dealing w these guys as well. The banks issue the repo. Be mad at the banks. Not them. I got back the same treatment as I gave them. I'm very pleased it went smoothly. Do talk w Britney, she takes most responsibility for this review. The other team members was also very help full. They filled up my bottle w cold water for me and my dehydrated canine pal. God bless. They took my license plates off my car for no reasons and took my tools and my jumper cables I had in the back on my car and even my adapter For my iPhone where I can play music and took my jack I had for the car

Worst hours ever for people who work regular jobs. No compassion what so ever for the fact I had to miss hours at work to accommodate their ridiculous hours and wait an extra day to get my car because of their hours. Then on top of having to wait 20 minutes to even see a person after I got there then another 15 to get my car because they blocked it in so bad and basically had to dig it out. Extremely frustrating to deal with them.

As horrible as it feels to get my car repossessed, this company was great in helping make the process easier. When I was worried about my belongings they reminded me that they've been in business for 23 years and that they store my personal belongings per the banks request, in a secure warehouse so that my things aren't taken when my car is sent to the auction. They have reasonable fee's, most were billed to my lender. Car seats are free to pick up anytime... I wanted to post this review because the past ones are not accurately describing my personal experience. They are just doing their job and are very customer service oriented.

First phone call and I already have a bad feeling horrible customer service. The guy who I believe to be the owner was flat out rude when I was asking questions. I asked why I wasn't notified by the person who picked up the car that they were taking it? His response, 'we have a dangerous job.' Not even a phone call? Really?!? I also inquired about fees and it seemed he was really searching for how much he would charge me. If there is any damage to my car best believe there will be a major issue.

They certainly do not make it easy for you to reclaim your items. Hours are 9-3 M-Th and 9-1 on Friday?? Who can make it during those hours if you have a job? I have not gotten my belongs yet and already I have a bad taste. I can tell this is going to be an ordeal
