I was enjoying a day at the beach when I realized that I had locked my keys in the trunk. It was getting late and I didnt know what else to do. Somehow with all the calls and confusion, I got thru to Sure Lock & Key. I was so happy I did. I spoke with Daniel. From the moment we spoke, he was very professional and informative about the situation. He assured me his colleague Chris would be at my location within 45 min. While I waited there was clear communication. Chris arrived right on time and made me a Key right on the spot and within 10 minutes I was driving home. He was very professional, careful and precise when it came to opening up my vehicle. I dont know what I would've done without this service. I highly recommend them for emergency situations!!

David and Jacob promptly arrived at 11 am and quickly fixed multiple issues in our house. They changed the locks of the front and side doors and re-aligned those doors as well as in inside door. One window that did not close fully and lock was fixed successfully.Both of these individuals were very knowledgeable about all of the repairs, were very courteous and professional. In the future, if I have need for a locksmith, I would definitely higher these individuals again. Great work and thanks!!

Had them stop by to fix a problem with our door keypad. The tech was a no show for our scheduled appointment so I had to call to remind them. He finally arrived and tinkered a bit, sprayed WD40 and billed us 150.00. The following day the lock was broken again. In addition to this they were supposed to quote us for a replacement keypad/lock which they never did (have been waiting since 10/18), despite me calling them on 4 separate occasions to inquire. Waste of valuable time.

They helped us out in a real tight spot! After about four hours of stressing after losing our key, Sure Lock and Key came to our rescue. We started the afternoon with calling the Honda dealer themselves, though they needed the registration papers to give us a one time use key. These were of course in the currently locked car. The original locksmith wed called said he didnt have the software needed to program the key for our car, a 2011 Honda Civic. Which, after the alarm sounded, -in an attempt to retrieve the papers- we desperately needed. Thank goodness for Daniel, who came late in the night, and helped us out! Finally, after a good couple hours of stressing, we were able to get in our car and turn off the alarm. Would definitely recommend these guys if you have any car troubles!! He was fast and knew what he was doing from the get go!

In the end they got the job done well. That being said... they were anything but punctual, couldn't follow instructions per a few simple requests, and were essentially stumped when working with older hardware. I'll give them this...it seemed to be a stressful day for them and they are very handsome.
