My house key broke off in my hand as I was leaving for work. After finally pulling the broken key out of the lock I went to Alpha Locks & Keys in Milford. I was greeted by Alex at the front counter and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and made a perfect cut. The new key is actually more stable in the lock. It was so much easier than going to a big box store like a Home Depot or Lowe's and it didn't cost any more!!

Came here to get a car key made for my nissan versa. They made it exactly the same key as the original and it has been working without any problems and I have had the key for like 6 months now! Excellent service and friendly staff.

Amazing service, price and all around amazing. I had trouble calling around and getting service to come to me and make a key for my car until I got in contact with them!.. they got there the time they said and finished within 10 min... definitely a blessing and will recommend it to anyone needing service! Dont go anywhere else!

Horrible experience from the beginning with the initial call. The plan was to come out to our home to change six locks. When they came out, was told that they did not have the equipment to change one of the locks (a standard home depot/lowes type of lock), three of the other locks would be an up-charge (problem for that is not with Alpha Lock and Key, but with the warranty company who indicated prior to the appointment that all locks were to be covered), and the one lock they did change does not work properly (leaving us feeling unsafe in our own home!) Good luck if you choose this company!

Eddie was great. Needed an ignition key for a classic car on a late Sunday evening. Key was broken and bent and everyone else wouldn't touch it. He made it happen on the first shot and included a second one to ensure we could get the car started and moved. He even called later that same night to be sure we got it going. Would highly recommend.
