The locksmith business is very sleazy, and this company falls under that category. I called several different numbers looking for same day service. Metro Locksmith told me they did not have the lock I needed (a specific keyless lock), so I told them no problem, I will call someone else. I then got a call from Metro's installer saying he got my lock and was coming in 20 mins. I said - no, I have now moved on to another company. Then his boss called and fought with me about paying for the lock his guy had just purchased 'for me.' I refused and the man kept calling me back. I hung up on him twice and then he started texting. TERRIBLE customer relations. A professional would have said - 'sorry for the misunderstanding - we hope you will consider us in the future....' I will never use Metro Locksmith after this experience.
