I would give this company zero stars if I could. I called around 5pm to get copies of keys made. The woman who answered the phone explained that their store was under construction and that they could provide mobile service as a courtesy when someone was in my area. I was happy because that couldn't have been more convenient and I hung up. A couple hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and a man with an accent answered (I mention that so you can recognize him if you call). He also said he was the manager. I didn't catch his name but he seemed very familiar with me before I could even explain who I was. He immediately said they couldn't send anyone out as a courtesy because it was now after business hours. I started to explain that I'd called and spoke to someone earlier and before I could finish he cut me off and told me that they couldn't do it anymore because it was after business hours and the only person they could send would be an independent contractor. I tried to speak again and when he cut me ofd, I asked him to let me finish. He told me he didn't need to because he knew what I was going to say. He didn't. It was very difficult to understand what he was suggesting I do. He seemed confused but he was also rude. I asked him to honor what the previous rep said since I waited and missed out on an opportunity to go elsewhere. He said they would not honor it. I asked what could be done to resolve it and he said they wouldn't do anything. So finally, I asked what the cost would be for an independent contractor and he said $85 plus the cost of the keys. I hung up. I can't believe how unprofessional a company could be and I was shocked to know I was talking to the manager. DO NOT use this locksmith. There are plenty of other options.

My first experience with locksmith and it was a positive one. This happened on Saturday. I made a call and within 20 minutes a locksmith was on his way. Apparently the phone number is linked to Docs Locksmith in Bethesda who dispatches locksmith that might be nearby the location to the job site. David is polite and competent. I asked about an estimate on the phone and there is $15 for him to come on site and take a look at the lock. Then he tells you the options and let you decide. Very reasonable rate.
