Locked my keys in the car had someone call this number and of course received excellent service and payed the price but it wasnt until the keys got locked for a second time that night that I realized this was the best service I have ever received from any business. I no longer had the number for this specific locksmith so I called about 8 other services I explained my story and told them I just payed a fee, that I wouldnt mind paying a portion but I could not afford to pay full price, of course they did not want to help. After speaking to police that was near by they did not want to hear anything about my car either. I finally received this number again after two hours of no help and I have no words to describe how inspiring the woman who came to help me is. Almost midnight and she rushed to me, finally unlocked my car out of good heart. Showed me the way people need to be, yes money is important and we all need it but what were lacking most of all is love and when I received that I felt a fulfillment money could never buy.

I chose this company because of all the good reviews that I read and I have to tell you it is the worst service I have ever had. She doesn't show up when she says she's going too, she doesn't call to tell us that she won't be here or running late, we had to call her when she was 3 hrs late! she was at our house for hours and then the day after she left, yes our door knob was old but it fell off. Then we called to let her know she said she would come out and fix, never showed up, never called. Just terrible experience. I was so disappointed.

The service was done fine, however the Company doubled billed my credit card and was told they would refund me. Followed up for 3 months never got my money back. Went to my credit card company to dispute and it was too late. Never received my refund!!!!!!!

my mom called someone else, they told her it would be $15 service fee + $35+ depending on how hard it would be to open...saw Courtesy Lock and Key's website, gave them a call. they charge a flat rate for opening the car regardless of how hard it would be. the charge was $65 for everything flat rate. great place. friendly. hard working. and willing to go to the ends of the earth. we live in the agricultural area of wimauma and they were even willing to go down our dirt road. really recommend them.~jace and martha anderson
