The store itself is nice and is helpful to small business owners since it sells their items which I think is great especially in todays time. However, I went there to get my finger prints done and the owner was at the register. The same complaints others had about her employees are the same complaints I have about her. She was not welcoming or friendly. She first told me to wait until she was done with a few customers before she does my fingers prints which, I understood because finger prints take about 5-10 minutes max. She then proceeded to take new people who kept coming in one after another and still I patiently waited. When she finally got to me 20 minutes after my appointment she didnt apologize or even say anything that would make the situation partially better. Being a nurse I understand time restraints and having to prioritize certain situations. This was poorly organized and I recommend going somewhere else for your business.Edit: Just to be clear to everyone reading this I did not and wont ever have a verbal altercation with someone in public. The owner who believes she had some choice words with me is incorrect. I dont appreciate any of the slander and that was extremely unprofessional. My attitude was not friendly I admit that but, she also had me waiting without a simple Im sorry. Customer service is important when running a business. I understand the current situation fully and appreciate the fact that stores are still open with everything going on. However, there is always a better way to do things and this is my review and OPINION of how it was carried out. Thank you, hope business improves.

The first thing youll notice about The Mail Box Store is the warm and friendly welcome you get every single time you walk in the door. Catherine and her staff treat everyone with respect and their service ethic is unmatched. But it doesnt stop there. When the pandemic hit, Catherine began offering face masks and hand sanitizer to her customers. The Mail Box Store truly cares about people and proves it every single day.

Eemployees weren't very welcoming here. No smile or a hello. Just a 'what can I help you with' accompanied with a grumpy face. My printer stopped working so I requested them to print and one sheet of paper was $1.15. I wasn't even given a reciept. After I gave the clerk the money, i was told 'ok you are done.' Crazy prices and not friendly staff. I will go to ups down the road and pay far less and be treated nicely.

Nice convenient location close to work. Pick up mail and pkgs you don't trust delivered to your home. Cons: It's not 24-hour key access and they are open 8AM-8PM M-Sat.

Help full staff but the prices are too high when you have to print something because you can print directly from the USB so you need to use the computer which is slow and charges are high. Other then that it was a good experience.

While I like the Post Office the most, the Mail Box Store is great also. Anything you need to pack is there to help you. The folks are great, and I believe they even have greeting cards.

ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!I have done business at this establishment for 2 years, the owner Joey was ok to work with, he had an older female employee that always was grumpy and unfriendly so I gravitated my business toward the owner and avoided her. I went in around the 1st of April and she was the only one there my brother accompanied me. We simply wanted to have a single black and white print made? She obviously had no training or idea what she was doing and became very frustrated and rude, I told her I was just a customer and would return when joey was there that seemed to make her even angrier! A couple of weeks later I dropped by and Joey the owner was there and really came at me very aggressively raising his voice and cursing saying the employee was like a mother to him? He would not listen to my side of the story and was just putting on this tough guy persona(quite amusing). I think its reasonable to assume an employ of a business can perform the most basic task they advertise, I have nothing against this employee other than her rude demeanor. I actually fault Joey for not giving her the proper training to do her job. He acted like he was doing me a favor allowing me to do business there he was always paid? I will not do business here again I went to the UPS store right up the road and was treated professionally, I have filed a complaint with FEDEX in this matter and they are looking into it ROTTEN SERVICE in handling an obvious training and customer service issue

These people are always rude. Once I used the printer and they charged me double the printer time I used and for the extra blank sheet that printed. When I said that just printed by accident he said it didnt matter. I was short .05 cents, it was storming outside and I had to run back to my car to get .05 cents. Ive been there before with the associate and she is also awful never asks if I need help just stares at me like shes security ready to escort me out. Never coming back. I really hope places like this go out of business to make room for customer friendly establishments.

It's nice you can print your files. I only have one thing I did not like. I was printing my files from their computer. I had been on for less than a minute and they had charged me for four minutes. It's not the price that gets to me. It is the fact that over charged me.

They advertise 'Superstar Customer Care' and they deliver! They answered my questions, and packed some difficult items for me, and made sure they arrived on time and in good condition. Very helpful. A pleasure to do business with.

I had a claim, they laughed and said it would never get approved. It got approved. They had my check for 8 days and never called me about it. They are dishonest and ignorant. I DO not recommend this store. They are stealing peoples claim checks.

The owner of the store lost my package. When I stopped by to discuss the issue, he was very defensive, arrogant and unpologinic concerning my package and tried to pass the blame off on me. He wasn't empathetic at all. Do not spend your money in this store. A one star rating is too high.
