Was available immediately, rekeyed 3 doors, 4 locks and gave us 3 copies. Had to rebuild the smart locks since we didn't have the original and one lock was broken anyway. He was knowledgeable, friendly, focused and not expensive.

No show and now call for appointment. Scheduled a time ahead. Had to keep a vehicle off the road for an entire day so I could get an extra key I really needed for our fleet truck. So figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Called them and no response until the following day. Very busy and had called around some other places. They didnt have key in stock. So figured I would give them a second chance. Said they could stop by in the afternoon after 4pm. Called them at 4:30 to find out what the status was. Says he was down the street and be there in 15 minutes was on his way. So I waited and stayed at work later to get it done. 5:00 still no show when he was only ten minutes away. So I waited 30 minutes for nothing and he was never on his way. Not being honest. Says sorry no real reason other than very busy. Well if your busy let people know and give them a window of time. No respect for my time and Im just as busy too! Would not use this company in the future. Obviously I was not important to them. Need to go elsewhere

Had my key cut and keyfob programmed in about 10 mins and impressed me with the billGreat value.. I was and still am extremely satisfied with the services provided.. 5 STARS!!!!! ~ Charlie LeMond is a God send. He is an angel on earth, a Christian Brother with integrity and professionalism and quite simply...he's an answer to my prayers! #1: He answered the phone on a Friday at 5:00 pm before a 3 day Holiday weekend unlike most companies you get a voicemail. #2: He agreed to do the job (even though he was an hour away) once I explained the urgency of the reason I was calling. #3: He came out to help my family member, a victim of domestic violence on a holiday weekend and didn't charge us extra because of her need to feel safe and secure in her own home again. #4: He went above and beyond to make her home locked down by trying 3 different locks to make sure he got the best choice for the job and didn't charge me extra for that either. I highly recommend this young man as he said this was his dad's business before his and there is a 27 year sense of duty to those who feel victimized and need help fast. He doesn't do this for the money. He does it as a service to his fellow man and woman. Call Charlie (my angel), and tell him I sent you. Charlie at Active Lock & Key in Apopka did a great job reprogramming the key on my daughter's Ford Focus. When she bought the car, the dealer gave her a MyKey instead of the Admin key. The MyKey was programmed to set limits on the vehicle's use. Without the Admin key, she couldn't take those limits off.Charlie fixed the problem in short order and provided an Admin key, all for less than half the price the Ford dealer would have charged.
