They are not affordable. The first technician arrived and did not have the proper tools drills or electronic equipment on board his truck to open the safe. They also had to call in to American Security for a special override code (that did not work) but that should have been done before they arrived as 'Affordable' had sold us the unit and they already had the serial number of the unit. So, time was wasted. The next day a 2nd technician arrived and also called for the bypass security code and did not have a key pad to attach to try it. Another electronic tool called 'Phoenix' also failed and finally the tech started drilling. The hardened steel deflected the drill bit and had to be held in place with a chain and heavy jig. The tech did not have enough body strength and had to rely upon the jig. After drilling the tech installed two new components but then found that he did not have the required electronic cable and had to send out for that. Additionally, there is news on the Internet that says that the safe company admitted to problems with failing electronics for the safes and would provide new ones free but Affordable would not go to bat or make any offer of compensation. The technicians were very nice and pleasant but the invoice for the work was NOT 'Affordable'. In fact it was one half the value of the safe when purchased new.

Very quick service, was out in under 30 minutes after I called to re-key our front door. The technician was unable to re-key the dead bolt so he installed a new one at the same cost as the re-key. I highly recommend them.
