Ryan promptly performed locked out service on our vacation rental at 9:30 on a Sunday night. He got our guest family back into the unit in less than 36 minutes from receiving the call. This included a stop at 7-Eleven to pick up a 9-volt battery. He was polite, professional and obviously good at his job. If I ever need a locksmith in the future, I will definitely use this company again.

I had a really tough, unusual situation and didn't have any idea if anyone could help. I have an antique phone booth phone that used to be coin operated. It has a 'coin vault' where the coins fall that had a special lock with a very unusual key. Mike came out and, as expected, had trouble with it. He stuck with it and eventually had the lock picked which I thought was going to be impossible to do. However, even though the lock was picked, the lock was so old the lock would not release. Instead of saying that he was done and there was nothing else he could do for me, he started brainstorming other ways to help me. After about 10 more minutes, he had the phone totally removed from my phone booth. He went above and beyond. Thanks Mike!!!

Needed door locks to condo rekeyed after remodeling. Mike came out right away and assessed our situation. To have the same key for both doors we needed to have knobs from the same manufacturer. Since our front door handle was very old, we purchased a new front door handle from the same manufacturer as the interior door to the garage which was new. Mike installed it. He cut spare keys onsite. His work is excellent, and a very fair price. Highly recommend.

In a two minute conversation, they told me what to do to fix it, and sure enough, their fix worked like a charm and wasn't charged for this call. This goes a long way with me. I found myself in a rough spot as my key fob had gotten wet and didnt work and it stopped me from starting the car. Ryan came out quickly and really worked hard to get the car up and running. Being a Sunday evening I was grateful that anyone could help me, but Ryan went above and beyond and was willing to travel to my house to finish the job.
