Be careful of this place. The owner is something else. I was told that it is 'their policy' that if you close a Box and then change your mind and want to reopen an account with them (not same box #), they won't allow you to do it unless you pay for the 4 months since you closed the last Box. So, I was told I had to pay for a Box which I did not use from September through January or they would not allow me to open a new account. I pointed out to the employee that they were allowing $240 to walk out the door with this ridiculous policy but they did not care. Good Riddance!After posting this review the owner contacted me and said that I had opened the box under a promotion of rent for 6 months and get 6 months free. This is totally not true since I have been a customer since just after they opened (before that I had a box at the UPS store on 41 & Bonita Beach).Owner said I was trying to take advantage of him! Actually, if the deal was but 6 get 6, then he was reneging on his own promotion and not honoring his deal.I am now changing my rating to 1 . This is an unscrupulous place .
