I had used CK when I first needed my tumblers changed and the service was provided in a professional and timely manner. A year later, I decided to change the door lock completely and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Turns out Lawrence took care of the tumbler a year ago and returned to do another excellent job! Very bad company they open peoples houses without checking ID's or the persons deed for the house which is illegal. Do not use them for anything cause they are robbing peoples houses are under invstigation

A friend had shown me his electronic lock and I was impressed. He had great reviews for the folks at C.K.'sLocksmith. I telephoned the company, discussed various models and set up a date and time for installation. The technician, telephoned me, emailed me a photo of himself, arrived on schedule. He installed the electronic lock with excellent technique and workmanship. The fit and ease of locking was perfect. He instructed me well on the setup of the lock and the options. Later that afternoon I had an additional few questions I phoned service and they responded immediately. First it was nice to find a locksmith with a physical store location. Gives you the option if you really don't need or want to pay for a service call. Staff was courteous and professional and provided an accurate estimate for what I needed done. Their quote was the best of the several places I called. In the end my bill was less than what they quoted me. How often can you say that? So if your looking for a locksmith I'd say look no further.

Not thrilled! I don't even believe it was ck ! Hand written receipt! Card was different name. Wanted cash! 15 minutes! &245 ! Did not replace set screws missing or tighten loose handle! I'n a big hurry! At the shop they made me a key that didn't work , and they sit and watch Fox News!

WOW, talk about exceptional customer service. I live in Boca Raton so I initially phoned a local locksmith to come out to assist me in removing a security lock set from a screen door. The Boca Locksmith was booked so they referred me to CK's. I phoned CK's and spoke with Gary who advised me on how to remove the Australian made lock set without having to have a locksmith, though he let me know that if I had any problem removing it to call him back. Following Gary's instructions I was able to successfully remove the lock in a flash. CK's now has a new customer and one who will refer this business to others. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable staff. I can't thank you enough. The powder coating company was on their way to pick up the door for refurbishing and I desperately needed to get the lock set removed. THANK YOU GARY AND CK'S!! You are the BEST.
