Don't hire them to open your safe. The guy didn't know how, so he just took a saw to it for 5 hours. Destroying the safe so they can sell you a new one. Then says he can't open it, n walks out. Wish I could leave a pic here.

If i could give 0 stars i would! I live one mile from them. I locked myself out of my keyed bedroom door. They came fast enpugh 2 hours. The guy unlocked my door in 1 minute. He charged me 125 bucks!!! Happy New Year to me.. Ive had doors rekeyed for less! I asked before they came the guy said they charge accordingly. I thought at best 50 bucks!! I should have known .. Maybe because i am a woman I dont know but i hope for them ripping me off they lose customets from this negative truth!! Bad business!!

I am so grateful of the job florida lock and key has done for me unlocked my car which i had left my keys in all night as i spent the whole time fishing them out for myself i happened to call them they came fast and did the job faster

I called them out to my home a good ways from bradenton and they still managed to get to me and resolve my issue of a broken lock my front door was unable to lock for 2 days of me attempting to fix it on my own now after calling florida lock and key i can sleep calmy and safely at night thankss!

I just had Florida Lock and Key come out and replace the lock on my sliding glass door. I chose them due to the amount of good reviews. The tech was here no more than 15 mins total and the bill was $200. I just googled the mechanism and at Home Depot it sells for less than $12 . I know they buy at cost, so this was pure gouging profit. I mentioned to the tech that they were having an anniversary special with 15% off. He said oh, and then gave me the discount. He should have offered that upfront and had I not said anything, I would have not gotten it. I will never use this business again, nor will I recommend them on Next-door.

I dont know if this is what open a car door in less than 5 minutes cost or if it is because it was close to the beach. But got charge $200 after asking the guy on the phone like 3 times what the price was going to be and all he said was I dont know... I dont know so we though they needed to see how hard it was going to be but he did it in less than 5 minutes. Im sorry but last time I lock my keys in my house got charge $80 at 1am and it took the guy about 30 minutes. So I think $200 is a little too much.

Arrived to my store this morning and found a sticker advertisement on my door! Who exactly are you trying to advertise to and are you trying to create curiosity of whether or not someone tried to break in to your business? There are much better and more effective ways to advertise! Before you try to deny it, as I have seen you attempt to do on other reviews, the picture is attached.

This place absolutely sucks. They drove ONE mile and spent about two minutes to open my car door and they charged me $200. When I called then the guy basically said 'it's my business and I can charge what I want'

Horrible business spoke with him on the phone. Im a general contractor tried to get keys made and wasnt interested in even looking at the Key. He just said they didnt have it told me go to Home Depot. I do not recommend this business no customer service

Great quick service once they arrived, just wish they had been more honest with their time of arrival. They had told me 15-20 minutes, but I ended up sitting outside in the cold with my screaming one year old for 45 minutes. Again they had great friendly service at a good price and I would have been fine with the wait if my daughter wasn't with me. But i picked them because their business is only 8 minutes away, and they told me they could be here so fast.

I was in need of a lock smith and I called Florida Lock and Key and was checking prices. The man on the phone accused me of calling him 10 mins prior. I did not. Then was very rude in giving me prices. I was then going to ask when they would be able to come out, however before I could he said yes it was you I can tell by your voice and hung up the phone! Dont give your business here!!! Poor phone customer service lord only knows what kind of work they can actually do! Google makes you give at least one star to post, but I would rather not give a star at all!
