Bill went out of his way to make sure my Volkswagen rabbit got a new key after I drilled a hole in my old key and hit the chip putting my car in safe mode hands down he is hard working and fair. And came out on father day to help us. He is the best locksmith around and everyone who needs help with there car should use him.

I had ordered 2 flip key fobs with the remote starts for my 2011 Camaro SS through a third party on-line. (I do not recommend that now). I contacted A-Z when I found them on Yelp. The owner cut the keys and tried to reprogram both, but 1 was defective. I had paid $39 for both remotes and he was very reasonable to cut and program both. However, had I gone through him directly, it would have been better in the long run for OEM versions of the same type, with the Chevy logo (including cutting and programming). Yes, a little more, but these are of way better quality. Unfortunately, I am out the cost of the key cutting for the remote that was defective and the company I bought them from on the internet is unresponsive. Lesson learned... contact a good locksmith to begin with. BTW....I went ahead and purchased the OEM version as well.

Joe just helped me out of a major bind. My wife lost the keys to her car while I was out of town. He was polite, sympathetic, prompt, answers his phone and stayed in touch with my wife to keep her posted on where he was. He got her into her car and we now have an two extra sets of keys in case this happens again. The dealer quoted me 600 bucks, 1-2 days plus towing to get this done. Joe got it done in just a few hours, would have been faster but he already had appointments scheduled for that day, and for much less than what the dealer wanted.

Called on a Sunday night because we got locked out of our house. This guy was here within 30 minutes (which is what he told me), and was incredibly reasonable! We were expecting to pay a lot seeing as how it was Sunday night, we understand the time cost of that, and we deffinetly did not feel he overcharged us and was incredibly fair. He was also nice. He didn't have to break our lock or anything. I would HIGHLY recomend this company!

My 17 year old son has a 1998 Infiniti Q45 and lost both ignition keys and the door key. We called for two days trying to find someone who could make an ignition key for us. No one wanted to touch the car. The dealer was way too expensive and we were also looking at a tow bill. We were referred to Joe at A-Z. Joe came out to the vehicle and despite the difficulty and inconvenience Joe was able to make an ignition key for us. He was also nice enough to offer to make a second ignition key as well as door keys for us. I cannot say enough about how awesome Joe is and how much I appreciate what he did for us. I would recommend him to any and everyone.

Technician came out within an hour of my call, showed up, explained everything thoroughly. Gave me a price that was at least 40 dollars cheaper than any place I called, and I called them all. The process of measuring the cuts, cutting the key, and programming it for my 2003 Volkswagen Jetta took about an hour in all. Very pleasant guy, I would never call a different locksmith after my experience with az locksmith. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a fair price and a hassle free experience.

Couldn't find a replacement key for a trailer lock anywhere .... called A-Z and they took the time to get me in touch with the lock manufacturer, where I will be sent 2 keys FREE of charge for this lock!! Joe at A-Z Locksmith was wonderful. I went to him with two sets of keys that I purchased from ebay not knowing they were both bad. From years of experience he knew the minute I showed him. Instead of throwing in the towel he took his time to figure out the problem. He even wasted a token on the programming and we know they are not cheap. Joe programmed and cut my keys perfect and saved me a couple hundred bucks based on dealers pricing. I Strongly Recommend!!

I had A-Z locksmith come out on a Saturday night (about 9pm) just got off work and I had locked myself out of my car which was on. They got there in about 30 minutes. By this point the windows were fogged on the inside and i had tinned windows. They guy could barely see anything. Oh and did i say it was POURING rain! He had to unplug my battery to turn the air and wipers off. That still didnt help but believe it or not he got it open!!! It only took him 2 minutes to get it open (if even that)! I was amazed. And he didnt charge that much either. Only 59.00$ Which was a deal for me. I would recommend this company!!

So I called and spoke to the owner about locking myself out of my guns are. It's a dial type combo lock. He quoted me around $300 to $400 to drill the safe. My other option was to have him contact Sentry and they would give him the combo based off my serial number and model number. He stressed that Sentry would NOT give the combo to me as the owner but only him because his company is part of some authentic organization of locksmiths. Lol! This would cost $85. ALL LIES! The truth is that you can contact Sentry online. They do an identity check on you based off personal questions only you can answer. This cost me $21.50. MY combo was emailed to me in 2 days. I hope this helps. Don't trust anyone and use the power of the Internet. These guys are crooks.
