While on vacation, we lost the key to our cargo carrier. We googled this locksmith and called to inquire about opening the carrier. We drove on over. The owner was very helpful and personable. He couldnt find the correct blank for our lock, so he appeared to have used a blank key and a file to create a key, and $20 later we were back on the road. I am in awe and this guy is a magician! Highly recommend!!

I went here to get a new key fob for my Ram 2500. The fob is odd on this truck, you plug the entire thing into the ignition. Anyway, went to these guys a few minutes before they closed one day. The brand new key fob was programmed in less than 5 minutes and the price was great. I would definitely use them again.

My husband and I live in Northern Virginia and own a vacation rental in Cape Coral. On a recent trip to Cape Coral, I visited AA Quality Locksmith to have some keys made for a hasp-type lock for our owner's closet, which is a bi-fold door. Ken, the business owner, is absolutely delightful. He was able to duplicate the keys for me in no time at all and the keys worked perfectly. I used to have keys made at Home Depot or Lowe's and it seemed like they never worked on the first try. I always had to return to have the keys either re-cut or filed. It was always 2 trips for the keys, which was a total waste of time. This was certainly not the case when Ken made the keys. They worked the first time. Thank you Ken for the great service!

Went in with a truck camper shell that I had bought with no key. The guy (with the pony tail) took the key cylinder out and used it to make two keys. Price was reasonable too. Thanks!Edit, went back to get new keys for my work van. They gave a good price and the keys work excellent now. They also sell used locks that seem to be a bargain.

This place has amazing costumer service and fairly priced. I visited a shop that I had used in the past and when I walked in the staff was rude. Without even looking me but at the key stated that the replacememt would be three hundred dollars. Which I had just bought a used car for my son for Christmas and needed the key so I was willing to order without question. So when the attitude of the staff was such that I was bothering him by coming into the shop (I was the only costumer there). I quickly left and drove down the street where I had recalled seeing a locksmith sign. I am extremely glad I did. Walking into this business I was greeted with a smile. I was asked questions about my needs and ended up with TWO functioning keys for less then two hundred dollars. I will highly encourage you to use this company for your needs!

This guy was awesome. One man operation in a business full of call centers. $120 for a smart key from scratch (no other key) Every other company quoted $145 to $165. He moved appointments around to accommodate my schedule, answered every time I called, and even gave me a spare door key for my car free of charge! Thanks Tim!

Very friendly place, the owner was a great help. I needed a new key for my Honda Accord 07. The Honda dealership told me it was going to be around $200 to get it fixed, the owner replaced my key and the alarm that came with it for about $50! Highly recommend this place. It was also done pretty fast!

I am very impressed with AA Quality lock and safe. I felt like my home should be more secure, but I wasn't really sure how to go about it. Neil came out and did a free security consultation for me. He looked at all of my doors and windows, and took the time to answer my questions. Honestly, he could have suggested a bunch of needless and expensive improvements and I would have believed him, but he didn't. He told me I already had pretty good security, and only suggested one or two things to make it better. He also told me easy ways I could fix some things myself to save money. There was no pressure or scare tactics. I ended up having him install a deadbolt and rekey some locks, and the price was quite reasonable. It was nice to feel like Neil had my best interests in mind and wasn't just trying to make money off of me. I'll definitely use AA Quality locks again.

We got locked out of our new home on a Sunday night. I called their emergency number and the guy who answered was rude. Told me he didn't have anyone available, try to call this number, than hung up. Not even a goodbye, sorry we can't help nothing. We realized it was a Sunday night and we're willing to pay whatever it took. I would not recomend even giving this company the time of day.

Fat slob with a pony tail behind the counter told me 'It doesn't matter if you're the president of the United States, I can't cut you that key.' The key said PRIMUS on it, so apparently it's a licensed secure key. Instead of simply explaining that, the Simpsons Comic Book Guy look a like decided to be rude.
