The latest was what prompted me to write the review.I called needing help to get a stubborn lock open (in a hurry). They told me an approximate time they'd arrive. Then the technician (thanks Eric) called to tell me a specific time he'd arrive. He showed up at the promised time, did much more work than I anticipated needing, but was efficient and diligent about getting it done. I sincerely appreciate the effort and great result. I also very much appreciate not being gouged on price because of my obvious 'need for speed'!The culture in this business is very customer-friendly.I highly recommend!

Although the service was very fast and my technician Eric the wonderful job, the cost far exceeded the service. I live one mile from their shop and the service required about 5 minutes or less using a credit card type card slipped into the door jamb.Good service exorbitant fees.

Wanted to give a giant thumbs up and a shout out to Dylan! Came in last week to have a key fob/remote programmed Dylan was great and kind and did it. Wasn't working real good, not fault of Dylan just a cheap remote I got off Amazon. Came in today and he made some adjustments on the remote and works really good now. Great customer service!

Randy just left and I couldnt be happier! Ive used these guys before and always, very professional, no beating around the bush and I like that. I was quoted a price and that was it, no surprises. Theyve come out before when I bought my condo and needed everything rekeyed, excellent work. Now, for additional security and peace of mind, I had them add another deadbolt to my front door keyed to my original set. The prices are very reasonable and the communication was more than acceptable from the dispatcher, to the phone call about arrival time, to the email with information if I had any questions. I am MORE than happy with the service I received and you will too!

I called to find out how much it would cost to have my keyless entry deadbolt installed and was shocked to learn they are more than 50% less expensive than others around. I booked the 1pm-3pm window but noted I'd like it sooner if possible...they called and the technician was here within an hour!
