I called Mr. Sharpies Locksmith after reading a review about it being an honest business. Even though the person did not used their services due to distance, the customer received proper guidance. I called the business in reference to getting a quote for a defective Magna Latch installed on a gate that leads to the pool area. Mr. Sharpie explained their service cost and said the technician will call yo coordinate appointment. Dave called and was able to come to the house immediately. When Dave arrived, he notified me Magna locks are guaranteed for life. He stated he will try to repair it but I could call the company and receive a new one if the repair was not successful. David was able to place the pin back in its place and put the lock back together. Before I hired Mr. Sharpies Locksmith, I called approximately 3 different services; I received quotes raging from $300 to $350. I am very thankful for the honest, professional, friendly, and prompt service of Mr Sharpie. The service cost me $100. Dave is a very polite, soft spoken, and knowledgeable young man. I was very satisfied and I ended up setting an appointment for a new lock installation at a different property. I highly recommend Mr. Sharpies Locksmith. It is a business ran by honest, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable personnel.

Mr. Sharpies saved me the other day. I arrived at my house after a 3.5 hour drive from Orlando, it was 9 PM. My key broke off in the lock and I had no way to get into my house. I was with my friend, and he said hed look up locksmiths. I said zero chance anyone is open and available at 9 PM on a Sunday. He found Mr. Sharpies and said it was open 24 hours. He called and asked how long it would take to come help us out. They said half an hour. I laughed, theres no way theyd get to my house in half an hour. It sounded too good to be true. But lo and behold, 25 minutes later, my savior Dave showed up and helped us get into the house. I couldnt have been happier to be proven wrong. I highly recommend Mr. Sharpies for any locksmith needs.

I liked this place. It is the real deal, old fashion locksmith shop with the experience and expertise that you would expect, and more. These guys can literally almost look at a key and cut it by hand from memory. If you need an experienced locksmith, not a fly by the numbers automated assembly line like you find at Lowes or Home Depot, this is one of those places that are indispensable but becoming hard to find in this day and age. If you need a real locksmith, this place is for you. Highly recommended.
