I picked this locksmith because of the reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was not similar. They came to unlock my door and could not. He tried for about 10 minutes to puck the lock. He than wanted to drill and replace the lock. I declined. I would wait the 8 hours for my roommate to return. Once she did the key no longer worked. The Manager called and said we had the wrong key. That the locksmith could not damage a lock picking it. That never happens and we just have the wrong key. They would be glad to come and look at it. They would charge me for another visit. And charge me for a new lock. He would not take any ownership that his locksmith did anything wrong. It was us. I think this is their scam. Break you lock and be glad to fix it. BEWARE.

I came to do a photoshoot for them and in the meantime I also got my keys done for my home I needed a duplicate keys for a long time and since I was here I got that done. Alicia was very helpful the keys where perfect and everything was great I do recommend this locksmith to whom ever needs to get any kind of duplicate keys or for emergency services they respond right away!

Great and quick service. Long story short...we locked ourselves out of our house on a very hot afternoon. We checked Google Maps and found this locksmith close to our location. We called and they had a technician call back within a reasonable amount of time(long before another company who we'd called first). He at our house and helping within a half hour. He was friendly, told us what he was trying and would have to do and changed our locks. He was very nice, accurate and we'd highly recommend them!

I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra and as I compared other locksmiths they have much better prices than many I had been quoted. I came in and it took a matter of a few minutes to have 2 fobs programmed! Awesome service and I highly recommend!

Correct, this is not a review about the locksmithing service, solely a review on the shockingly poor customer service of the staff member we dealt with. We were actually not informed about needing the documents that were requested when we arrived. Attached, you will find a screenshot from the Carco inspection company stating that we only needed to bring insurance information, which we did bring.

Okay, I'm still a little biased when I see a woman doing a traditionally manly job, but Allicia is awesome. Knows her stuff inside out and her pricing is excellent. Saved me a bundle on replacing a broken Lexus key. She'll be my locksmith for everything from now on. And, the guy that works there did get me a bottle of water! He was nice too!

I can't believe how easy and convenient the experience was, the guy which was a total sweetheart and so helpful. He said the whole process would take at least 15 minutes and it only took like 7! He also programmed the key for us for such an amazing price. Would definitely recommend this place.

I searched on google and found keys plus. Came in and had some keys cut. When I got home everything worked perfect. The service was super quick and very affordable. No need to go to Home Depot ever again!

I was there last year to make a spare key for my truck (in case I locked myself out). It was a couple dollars... Today I went back to make a spare key for my other truck. I expected to pay about the same. But this time they charged me $6.00 (plus tax) for a key that would be less than $2.00 at home depot. WHAT A RIP! I'll never go there again. They are a RIP OFF.
