I can't comment on the Yale Assure Lock because I've only had it for 20minutes or so. What I can say is that the whole installation went quicklyand it seems easy to operate. The installer appeared to know his stuff.Aside from this, I must mention that Thomas really went out of his way toplay with our new puppy. The puppy was screeching and begging for attention and he tried to calm him and play with him. I think this is a pretty rare thing for service people to go that extra step. Good customer service! Thanks.

Just an overall positive experience. Everyone I had contact was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had been having problems with my entry doors' hatdware for two years when I decided to call CK's. Lockshop and Security. Adam came out, diagnosed my problem, and took pictures and measurements. My doors' hardware was more than 20 years old, so I decided it was time for a change. There was never any pressure to purchase from the business, and I looked around at CK's as well as at other srores and online. The store has a large selection of door hardware and after I decided what I wanted, they determined if my selection would fit my existing door, before ordering it. After my order came,Adam returned to install it. He didn't leave until he considered the installation perfect. I am so happy that I turned to CK's.

The staff was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I needed a new key cut for my vehicle, which could not be done at the local hardware store. Had nothing but problems. Paid 140.00 for a key that never worked. Went to both the Delray and Boynton store for help. After they recieved my money, thats was it. Tried to get them to come back out to service my lock. Robert was rude and aggressive. I would not use or buy any of there products. The service person was also completely unhelpfull. I tried to have them service my lock for three days and they still couldnt get it done even after I paid them. Stay away!
