I purchased a Medeco lock for $355.00 with the promise someone would have to knock the door down to get in my apartment. Sadly, I found out the hard way any locksmith can bump that lock and have a key made. That is exactly what the President of this association did. Now, Antonio swears there is no way anyone can have key made which is not true. Total waste of my money. Don't make the same mistake. He will not let you return the lock. Instead he will insult you by telling you it is your imagination that someone is coming into your apartment when you are at work. Do not do business with this company.

I highly recommend Reliable Locksmith. Front door lock malfunctioned last night. Wife and I were locked out of our house. Asked for recommendations from friends on Facebook for a locksmith but really didnt get much help. Submitted a request on Angies List and almost immediately received a call from Daniel Flores with Alpha Lock and Key. He asked what the situation was then informed me that he would not be able to make it out until late in the evening, but recommended that I call Reliable Locksmith. Christian from Reliable Locksmith came to the house in about an hour, quickly assessed the situation and determined the lock was unrepairable. He replaced it and made some adjustments to my strike plates. He was friendly, courteous, professional and informative. The job was done at a very fair price. I am extremely pleased with Reliable Locksmith and highly recommend them.

We were just saved immensely by Reliable Locksmith! After the hurricane we were unlocking our hurricane shutters and had the key bend and then snap on us halfway through. Within 5 minutes of dropping the two pieces of the broken key off with them they were able to cut us new working keys with no issue at all. They saved us from a huge headache and within 15 minutes we were back home with all the shutters open again. We'll be sure to use them any time we need assistance and I highly recommend them for any of your needs. Everyone was so very nice and helpful while I was there. Truly a great and caring company.

i did not have an experience with the company but rather with one of its employees, Christian. He came to my rescue when I had a flat and couldn't get the spare tire on. He not only stopped on his way home from work, with his little boy in the car, but made sure I was safely on my way. I am sure he extends that kind of care and concern to his job at Reliable Locksmith and I will be happy to call them if I ever need their services.

I was referred to Reliable by another satisfied customer and I understand why. I got an appointment immediately and they were able to come out a day early. I ordered a more secure lock for my patio doors but when Josh came out and examined the lock I had, he explained it was a very safe and secure lock that should not be replaced. He even adjusted it for me, so that I am now able to close and open it easily. He rekeyed my locks and provided extra keys at no charge. They live up to and exceed their name.

I never write reviews but I hate when people take advantage of others. This business wanted to charge me 75$ to have my auto key cut. I sent them a photo of the key, so they knew exactly what they were pricing. I just left another (very close by) locksmith that charged me 20$!!!! Go elsewhere for your needs.
