I had my car towed two days ago because I parked my car at my work and forgot to put my decal in the windshield. It was late by the time I realized. It was my fault and I was stranded and the Office Manager Tiffany offered to come and pick me up, she was there within 15 minutes.Given the circumstances, I was very grateful because it already cost me 156.63 The office staff was very patient with my frustration and I appreciate them for helping me as much as they could. although it was my fault I appreciate there excellent customer service.

Excellent service! I purchased an off market key fob for my car that required programming by a locksmith. I was able to get an appointment with Sonic Lock N Tow the following day. First they towed my car when they werent suppose too. Then took two days to get it back. Now they towed my car again and requested for me to sign a document they havent sent to me with in over 4 hours after telling me they will send it right away just so they can charge me an extra day for storage. Dishonest crooks just like the rest of them. I will be making sure that our building fires them.

I went to get my car in the next morning after got towed. The lady who is at the cashier was late for one and half hour. She showed up drunk and wasted. She asked me for a registration card which I have it in the car. So I unlocked and let her go find it. She went there for a couple minutes and couldnt find it. She seek like she doesnt even care. She was rude and told me to find my own way to get the registration card. After I got my car back. I found my registration card in my car. She could make this thing a lot easier, if she just pay more attention. Horrible service

These are legitimate honest people who are here to help folks in trouble rather than trying to see how much money they can squeeze out of you. Fast and they care about people. I talked on the phone to Kaylee and she was extremely helpful! She was sympathetic, kind, and empathized with us on our problem. We broke down and were stranded out here and she was willing to go above and beyond to see what she could do to help us through this rough situation. Even our towtruck driver was an amazing human being who made sure we got out of here safe. I cannot thank these people enough. Y'all are amazing.

Has to be one of the most dishonest companies in the county. Booted my guests car with five hours remaining on the parking permit. Then, it takes An act of God to get them to come out and remove the boot after theyve been advised that is their fault, and still have the nerve to try and charge someone for their clear and obvious error. Honestly, they need to be reported to the state. Disgusted that I have to give them even one star.

Complete liars & dishonest individuals. Unfair charges, they tow vehicles that shouldn't be towed and leave you on the road after promising they would support. I would recommend another company when you are stranded and need help. No class and no trust with this team. It's very sad because considering their profession and skillset, I imagine they could use the extra dollars.

my car was towed a few days ago dragged out the parking space about 50 feet. very sketchy very low budgeted company with a tow yard that looks like a junk yard well long story short i did my research about these scam artist. i went to 3 different small tow truck companies the following day to ask about this company and they all think sonic lock and tow is still by far the worst towing company in broward. one of the companies said sonic lock and tow needs to get out of this industry because they are giving a bad rep to the towing industry.

This company towed my vehicle illegally. They did not have permission from the property owner to do so, and I have this confirmed in writing. Then Chris, the supervisor, gets on the phone with me, places, then me on hold and then comes back and says it was a valid tow and he had permission. The property manager subsequently verified again it was not a valid tow and was completely Sonic's error. They were supposed to return my vehicle today and refused to do so. HUGE MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Not trustworthy at all!! Horrible management from the top level down. Horrible customer service 'was on hold for 25 minutes'. Car was there for 3 days and the bill came up to $314???? With no explanation. Had to call another tow company to move THEIR cars around on their LOT in order to get my buried vehicle out SIX hours later.

My nurses car was booted last night and called at 630 to have someone remove it. Ive called at least 7 or 8 times now and I keep getting the same response....someone is in route or they will be there in 15 minutes. Its is now 9:22 and no one has shown up. I hope you have nothing to do while waiting for this company. Horrible service

They were FAST AND AMAZING. Not only will they come to your house but they are also extremely professional. I received my smart key and an emergency key within 5 minutes. No joke! Five whole minutes. Im so excited that I found them. They also tow vehicles and also jumpstart vehicles. They are basically a full service company. I urge you to go with Sonic as they are true specialists.

Sonic n tow is contracted by pep boys. Was at the side of the road and waited and waited and waited to have my car picked up and towed to pep boys. Had a 90 minute window BUT after an hour and 45 minutes I called because I just didnt feel like getting killed at the side of the road by a driver waiting for a tow - Im funny that way! But I digress, I called and was told hes running just a bit late he will be there in 30 minutes.Couldnt I have been called and advised of an additional delay ? I asked. I was told sorry for that youre right its just disgraceful Sonic n tow STAY AWAY FROM THEM !! Name should be changed from SONIC n TOW to MORONIC n TOWHappy holidays to you too!!! An hour an a half later no response. When I called to get an ETA call was handled by the most unprofessional dispatcher. Wouldnt give me an eta, she kept saying soon. When I. Finally got a eta after waiting an hour and a half they said it would be another 40 minutes because of traffic. Dont go with them, your better off pushing your car.

I waited an entire day after calling 10+ times and being told 3 times someone was en route/going to be sent to unboot my car. I began calling (and being told someone would be to my location) at 4pm- no one came until midnight to remove the boot they placed on my car. The staff is rude, and unprofessional. I was left on hold for 20 minutes while the girl spoke to a supervisor after I waited 4 hours for someone to be sent to me.

Very rude! Said they open at 8 am - we arrived at 8:15 am. No employees to be found - door was locked. Called - they said someone will be there by 8:30 am. Called again at 8:30 am was told 9:00 am - called again at 9:00 am was told 5 min. Called again at 9:10 am No one showed up untill 9:15 am . The guy who helped up (once he arrived) was nice and quickly took our money.

Very shady. Watched them tow a car after telling me they were done for the day. I stuck around and met the people who owned the vehicle arrives. They called them then were told that they 'SAW THEM LEAVE'. They took their car at 8:10 pm. Theses people had evidence they left their car at 12:34 with a time stamp! When they ask what evidence they had the said they had photos they were looking at but failed to describe what they were wearing? And failed to answer what time they saw them. They charged mad money, demanded cash, and refused to give a reciept unless we went to their main building which was CLOSED.

The tow truck driver was very efficient and friendly. His dispatch time was given and my phone call disconnected at 6:47p. The driver was pulling in at 6:49p! Very happy with this tow service! They SUPERSEDE Broadway towing service by FAR! Broadway Service left me stranded with my 1 year old baby. Thank God for Sonic Lock N Tow!

Truly the best tow service ever. I have a 1969 corvette that couldn't start and Josh took as good care of my car as it it was his own. Without me asking he took off the hub caps prior to strapping the wheels down, he checked to make sure no damage would happen to the car on the tow up to the flatbed. Great quality towing, great customer service and great person! Highly recommend!
