After searching several businesses to make a car key, I found what I needed here. There were several customers being served and they mention they went other businesses and were unable to get the key made that they needed. Seems like this is a good place to get your keys made.There is a very large selection of keys, locks, door locks, handles, safes and other Hardware you would be surprised that they carry.A very friendly staff willing to help their customers.And yes, my key worked opening and starting my car.

Bought supplies here for a customer, wasn't sure what customer needed so I bought a few different types coming to over a hundred dollars. Came back to return unused products and they refused to refund me my money. I'm a locksmith for 4 different companies. Takes some serious guts to turn down someone who buys your specific products on a very high regular basis.

Fantastic company with great people. I have been using their services since I moved to Wilton Manors 20 years ago. They installed all of the hardware on my house and business and did a great job. I have been their customer for a while now and have always been satisfied until very recently when they installed a new lock on my front door. The guy that came to my house, Michael, drilled a new hole in my $2,000 hurricane impact door without asking me permission, when I was standing only 10 feet away from him.I must stress that my only grievance with them is that I was NOT asked my permission or input on whether I wanted another hole in my door. I believe I should have been asked first and given the option of either fitting this lock by drilling a new hole or by getting a new lock that would fit the already factory drilled holes.I was livid! When I said this to Michael, his response to me was: I thought you knew that this lock as all locks are different (in store I was told differently) and most of my other customers would be happy for me to do this Really!!!!! What kind of answer is that?I called the store and left a message for the owner to call back, he never did. Thank you for that and thank you for not caring about your customers. I realize you do not need my business to survive, but please note, I do own 4 properties here and know many real estate agents that always ask me for referrals, your company will now not be one of them!

Great place to go for any lock needs. I have been going there for years and they are always knowledgeable and friendly! I stopped by Saturday for an extra key for my vehicle and was in and out in a few minutes. My work has used them several times in the past for large safes and difficult to open locks that no other company would even try to open.

Best lock place ever. Other lock places wanted $400+ for a chip key spare, less than $100 at Dewind and they gave me two :) Never call anyone else with your lock n key needs. I have been using them for 5 years. I moved but it was worth the trip.

Ive been looking around for a key to my truck for 4 days my son broke mind and I didnt know what to do... I called several places an they wanted over 200 dollars and the dealer wanted over 400 so I was venting to my coworkers an my manager overheard an send me to this place not only did they have the key in stock for 80 dollars cut and programmed they did my key to a shell for 65 and not o have 2 keys instead of 1 they are great an grandma kept us occupied while dean completed the work like a chicken with his head cut off not I see why all the reviews are 5 plus plus stars if we were able to give 10 stars Ill give them 50!!!!

I recently visited that store to cut a car key. I was quoted full price for an OEM key ($176) by a gentleman named Dean, who assured me that was the best option, as the imitation one was not up to par. He told me that it was cheaply made and would run me about $70. He had a tough time programming the key as I only had 1 key to the car and apparently I needed 2 keys to program it. He told me I could program it myself when I get home and provided me with the instructions to do it, stressing that I could return to the store anytime if I had any issues doing it myself. After many unsuccessful attempts, I called the store to have them take care of it. I went to the store and Dean told me that he had given me the wrong key, that's why I couldn't program it. He got the keys from me and 10 minutes later returned, and told me it's all good. Satisfied finally to have a working key, I thanked him for resolving the problem and left. It wasn't till much later I noticed that he gave me not an OEM key but the generic one he had advised me against. I stopped by the store to ask about the price he charged me originally to the after market key he gave me.I couldn't believe the same guy that I talked to just 3 days ago, would now tell me 'you know what, both keys cost about the same'. The one he provided me first with the brand name wasn't the case, he got some keys engraved himself just to reflect the name of the manufacturer (what a load of bull!!!). Instantly, Trusting Dean had become the most crooked salesman I've ever met. He was willing to go an extra mile to convince me that the keys were actually identical, so that he could steal a few dollars. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. when I called him up on his lies, he offered to refund me $20. I told him he could keep it, he seems to need it more than I do. A man in his sixties, probably, could openly lie like that is just beyond me. I have not seen it all in my lifetime, apparently. Go there at your own risk.
