Ordering online was fairly simple. Website had accurate info about what laptop I had. It was taking to long to receive an email confirming my order was ready so I called the store. The man I spoke to was very friendly and knew exactly why I was calling and even who I was. He had my order on the counter already and he processed it the system right then and was ready for me to pick it up. When I got there he brought my order out to me. Didn't even need to get out of my vehicle. Very friendly and fast service!

Had a terrible experience with a warranty battery replacement. The battery died on my car 2x. It was less than 1 yr old! First time it tested at the minimum CCA (on the number in fact) after 2+ days of deep cycle charging. My bad, I should have just jump started the car and drove over there. The customer service rep suggested that next time I should just bring it back dead, at which point they would charge it for 2 hrs and retest it. So this time after the battery died (from the car not being used for ~6 days) I took the battery out and brought it over to the store. An employee named Jake (he was NOT a customer focused so I won't call him a customer service representative) threw the tester on the batter and said its dead. No kidding really?! Then he proceeded to tell me that my car probably drained my battery. Again, no kidding really?! ALL modern cars put a low current drain on their batteries, but modern batteries when working properly are rated for the cars continuous pwr drain and definitely last for more than 1 week. After some words he agreed to charge the battery and test it. 3 hrs later I returned to the store and he did indeed test it and it was 60 CCA below spec! 60 Amps! He then proceeded to tell me that the batter just needs to charge up all the way and it will be fine. His Opinion, NOT Fact!!! At this point our conversation became heated until Doug stepped in and honored the warranty. Jake stayed front & center and continued to try and stare me down to try and intimidate me. Needless to say I had words with him while he was doing this. Even further to say I will NEVER deal with this store as long as they have employees the caliber of Jake working there. Not only were his statements about cars and batteries wrong (BTW I am an ex mechanic and Motor Head), but he was also a terrible representative for the company and eager to have long term customers go to other battery suppliers. Autozone is 1 block away and not only are their prices competitive, but their customer service is 2 orders of magnitude better than Batteries Plus (thanks to the likes of Jake)!

BAIT & SWITCH! Ordered and paid for Samsung battery w/ BPB's store pickup program. When I arrived at the store I learned I had been charged $40 for a POS Chinese battery. I would have been better off w/ a fake Chinese Samsung knockoff from eBay or some other online thief.

I was working out of town and wanted to go to a battery store that I had used in the past that had very good prices. My GPS wanted to take me to this location. After looking at the map it was less than 1/2 mile from where I was working and decided to give it a try. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and after answering some questions, he set me up with a commercial account and got some some outstanding prices. I brought the old batteries back to them for recycling as well. I quickly let our other 4 technicians know about this new option for us. We will definitely be using Batteries + Bulbs again in the future.

Bought six golf cart batteries on line to be picked up at Ft Walton Beach Fl store. Husband struggled to get heavy heavy batteries out and onto truck because you can only get $170.00 refund back added onto total if you haul old ones to store for new ones! Ok we did this bc we got a 10% discount appreciated.He gets to store and everyone working there says they have some kind of body strain pains and are medicated so absolutely no one will help unload batteries. At our age this is bad news. Hate to think what a women would do going in there. Said they had no battery carry straps left to sell Said pick the ones you want and haul them. Husband had to ask to use a cart, strained to just get to batteries stacked odd. Finally a Good Samaritan customer came in and helped my husband. The clerk relinquished a strap behind the counter for payment! Also said guy that comes in that helps is late and dont know when hell decide to show up. Older guy said we show up on time, but so what if your not able to help. Crazy. Gave a 3 bc did get decent not great price. Just beware if your older, a women, or not a muscle builder!

I had already been to the cell phone store in hopes of getting my husband's phone fixed. Turned out it was just a battery issue, but they didn't have one for me. At 7:50pm, where was I going to find a phone battery?! The sales clerk suggested your store. However, it was across town and your store closes at 8pm. I called anyway on the outside chance someone was still there. Max answered the phone and kindly told me he would wait for me to get there. Upon arrival, he even had what I needed waiting on me .Based on recent experiences, this level of customer service is rare in this day and time.
