Bill, thank you so much for your professionalism and work ethics! I recommend Be Secure Locksmith to anyone in Gainesville. We locked ourselves out of the flat around 22:00 (10:00 pm) and the company sent us a very cool and knowledgeable gentleman who arrived in around 20 minutes or so. I was stranded in a Walmart parking lot with my keys stuck in my trunk. AAA was able to get me in my car but by setting off the alarm and disabling my trunk button. I had no spare key. I called them and they showed up within 30 min and were able to get my trunk open! Netta was amazing and got me in trunk and keys in hand!

It was late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving Eve 2019. I arrived home with a trunk full of groceries. My dog was barking because his dinner was two hours late. The weather was getting chillier by the minute, but my house key had disappeared from my car key ring.. I called the first business listed, and heard the voice of an angel. She dispatched Will, who arrived within 20-25 minutes. He located a door that didn't have a 'smart lock' and opened it and the screen door pretty quickly, I'd say. He resolved my problem in a prompt, pleasant and professional manner. I was happy to pay him!

Accidentally locked keys into the car when we got to the gym. My fiance was distraught and didnt know what to do. I called Be Secure and it was answered after the first ring. The man who answered was delightful and very helpful- informed me a tech would be out shortly. Not two minutes later, I received a call from the technician letting me know he was on the way- about 15 minutes away. He arrived 10 min later. Bill was professional and awesome. My fiance was put to ease with his swift service and we enjoyed his demeanor and professionalism. Highly recommended their business!

What an amazing company! I had foolishly left my keys in my car when I was getting groceries at the end of the day. When I realized this after I finished I thought it would be the next day until I could get back into my car but this company promises fast results and I was back in my car in a matter of minutes. Not only are they fast, but they are extremely affordable compared to others in the same field. I came the next day and made two spare keys with them and they work perfectly! I highly recommend sending your business to these guys. You won't regret it :)

Called to ask about having a BASIC pickup truck key copied (I have the current key, just want a backup)... I was told $100!! Seriously!? You put my existing key in the machine and it carves an identical profile into an ordinary keystock... Absolutely outrageous!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!

It really is a shame that you cant get honest work. I called and spoke to Michael and got a quote to get a key cut an programed and a remote programed. was told no problem gave me a quote over the phone when I called back a few days later and tried to schedule the work to be done Michael was nowhere to be found in the quote that I was given was told could not be honored and they want to charge me more than double bad business practices buyer beware! I could Easily go to the dealer and get what for less than be secure was asking me to pay!

They went above and beyond to unlock my car. The model of car I own is unusually difficult to be unlocked and has extra anti-theft measures in place, but they made sure that my vehicle was unlocked and I got my car keys back. Elijah was the locksmith assigned to me and he worked especially hard to make sure I was satisfied. He was very polite and dedicated the entire time.
