Had to get a key copied, SUPER fast and great guys working there. Would absolutely recommend. Way better, cheaper, and faster than those automated machines at hardware stores

I ended up in Gainesville for a doctor appointment. After we got out of the appointment, we passed this mobile lock smith and we went back to check prices and when he could program a key fob. I was quoted a price and told they'd have the remote the next day about noon. I went ahead and paid and the next day at 12 on the dot I got a call saying the fob came in. I traveled back to Gainesville and they programmed the fob. Took less than five minutes to program and check the remote functions correctly. One thing I'd like to mention is the remote was an actual Kia remote, not a generic remote. If you have kids you know how handy having a working fob to unlock doors in the rain is.

Here are the positive things about the mobile locksmith. They were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Once the remote to my car came in and I went to their office it took them 5 minutes to get my remote, program it with my car, test it, and cut a new key. That was extremely fast and so much quicker than Pop-A-Lock when they completed the same task 3 years ago which took nearly 2 hours.The only negative that I have for them is when I called for information they refused to give me prices over the phone and asked me to come in. Their location is almost 45 minutes away from where I live. So, when I found the time to get over there I went inside and all they did was ask me for the year, Make, and model of my vehicle and gave me the quote of $207 (including tax). They never took my key nor looked in my car at all. It would have been so much quicker and user-friendly if I could have done all that over the phone or through their website. This would have saved an hour and a half of driving time and would have made this process even simpler. Overall though, it was a positive experience with a small amount of annoyance and of course the cost was way too much money. $207 for less than 5 minutes worth of work. But I have a working remote now.

I was helped by Sean, George and Tray. They were all very polite, respectful and so helpful. They worked pretty fast and efficiently. My key was locked in my truck and It was kinda hard to override the security system because it was a newer model. Nonetheless, they did their best n got it done. Best part is that my car was not damaged. The service was worth the $75. Highly recommend.

My keys got locked in my car. I called Mobile Locksmith to see how much they would charge and how long it would take them to reach me. Price was great as well as the service I received. I called them at 9:30 P.M and they showed up at 9:40 P.M. Very fast service. I believe the guy who helped me was John. He was very nice and professional.

I want to give the team at Mobile Locksmith a huge Thank You!My F-150 had the MyKey engaged and I needed a new key reprogrammed as the master key. After trying to reprogram the new key they had cut, there ended up being other issues with the ignition. They took the extra time to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. They wouldn't give up! Thank you for going the extra mile, and not only getting a new key programmed, but fixing the initial problem as well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive locksmith. Thanks again guys! Especially George, the technician who fixed the problem. I appreciate the extra effort!

Key wasn't unlocking my driver door. (It started my car, and opened my other doors) Seemed like the driver side lock is broken, right? Well they replaced my lock on driver side. STILL my car wouldn't unlock. They refused to put a new lock in my door and refused to reimburse me. They said my key was broken, even tho it unlocks the other door and starts my car. (Paid $150 for nothing)

Great service and fast. Called one locksmith and he told me that he couldnt break into our house because the lock was a special one. Called mobile locksmith and he gave me a quote if he could get in the easy way and how much it would be if he had to do it the hard way (drill the lock and replace it). Showed up in 20 min and did it the easy way. Was in my house within 5 min. Would highly recommend them and hopefully will never have to use them again, but would gladly do so if needed.

Needed a car remote programmed as well as several duplicate keys.Went in around lunch time and was surprised at how quickly they assisted me. I was expecting a longer wait due to the hour.It took roughly 15 minutes to cut 8 keys and program the remote.The total cost was extremely reasonable. And less than a third of what the dealership would have charged just for the programming.This is the second time I've used Mobile Locksmith and I will continue to use them in the future!

GEORGEGeorge was the locksmith that helped my mom and I with our steering wheel, keys and ignition, which were somehow locked. He came to help in a reasonable amount of time, given the fact that he receives many calls throughout the day. He worked for about an hour in the heat of the day, trying his best to get the key to turn in the ignition before resorting to completely pulling out the ignition piece, realizing it was broken, needed to be replaced. He assisted with helping me buy the new part and then put the part in. Throughout the whole experience he was kind, courteous, hard-working, caring, patient, informative, and had a posititve attitude and demeanor. I am grateful for the service that George provided that day so that we could finally drive home and get out of the heat. Because of George's service, I give Mobile Locksmith 5 stars and would recommend it to anybody in need of the services they provide! GO GEORGE! :)

I stopped by Mobile Locksmith to get some keys made up for my motorcycle. I was having trouble with my original copy. Allan took good care of me and did some research on the year, make, and model of the bike. He was able to find the key pattern in his subscription based service and was able to get two keys cut that work much better then the original. He was very knowledgeable and took pride in his work, which is very hard to find in today's world.
