Every time I've stopped here I've always walked out the door with Solutions. If the key fits they'll cut it. I even had a locksmith come out in the parking lot and make a key with a file by hand to a lock that I had lost the keys to. Very pleasant dealing with professionally skilled tradesman.

Great people! I had a newer type of key for my newer Chevrolet, the likes of which I'd never seen before. While I'd never seen it, it was no problem for Kittles to create a duplicate 'lockout' key for me. They even asked how I wanted to use it...just unlock the doors or be able to start the car. Thanks, guys!

I brought a 55 year old key for my 1965 Lincoln and a new ignition cylinder for rekeying. I was getting the cylinder rekeyed because the key was good but the original cylinder was worn out and the key Kittle's made was hanging up in the door locks.. While there, the gentlemen at the counter compared the key to the new cylinder and said he didn't see any problem but the man who would rekey the cylinder wouldn't be back til the following day. The following day he called and said the cylinder couldn't be rekeyed. When I came by to pick up the items, I found out why. They were trying to key the cylinder to a Ford key, not the Lincoln key I brought in. Someone swapped keys. When this was pointed out to them, they started looking for the correct key. 3 days later they haven't found the key and now they say it never existed! Even though their man looked at the key and compared it to the new cylinder. So now I have an antique car with no key to open the doors. And no ORIGINAL key to the car. I'll have to have the entire car rekeyed now and I'll have to find a 55 year old replacement key. Do yourself a favor and find a different locksmith!

I was ready to buy a new key transmitter for my 2005 Jeep for $175 when I spoke to Kittles on phone. They suggested I meet with their auto specialist, Josh, first. Josh knew about the common failures in these type keys which are common to many brands. He soldered both my Jeep keys and they work beautifully. Josh fixed them both and saved me $150! I have used Kittles for many other type of locks, but now I know they can handle anything key, lock or safe related.

Excellent service. Bought a key fob that cost close to $100 everywhere else. Got it for $30 less and it came from the manufacture, not a knock off. They programmed it and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Oh, I was given the cover for the fob free. Gotta love it...FREE!

Super awesome, bought two car keys online and they cut and programmed them for about $60 bucks, my car door lock is broken and they quoted me for $120-ish when the dealership told me $250 to fix it. I will be going back when I have more time to get it done there.

My Wife and I were at Chipotle and watched a Kittles' employee (Brian Porter) fix their doors. My Wife told him about a problem we were having with our sliding doors, and Brian told her how to fix the problem and the cost. The next week, Brian came to our house (on time), installed dead bolt locks on the sliders, and lubed our other door locks. Timely professional service at a reasonable price: very impressed.

This place is the best in town! Every employee I dealt with was most courteous and professional from James Heath who I originally contacted to Josh (I think) who was my lock & key technician. I called nearly every locksmith in town, in panic that my wife's Honda Odyssey was immobile due to the ignition being stuck. After a long morning of AAA's lies, poor customer service, and disappointments, I was directed by a friend and co-worker to who he considered was the best in the business, and to this I'd have to agree! Josh was very knowledgeable and the absolute most reasonable in pricing; and because he literally allowed me to watch the whole process and talked me through everything he was doing and how it worked (by the way he was spot on every time), I could tell that he was a professional of his craft and took great pride in helping customer's feel confident in his expertise. For this I will always refer, and do business with Kittles and he has earned my respect as well as my reference!

Kawasaki dealership wanted $250 for a new fob plus $150 for the service department to program it .$400 just to have a backup. Kittles cloaned my existing Kawasaki fob to a generic key head and cut a backup key for locks and saddlebags for $50.Very knowledgeable. Knew exactly what to do.
