At 930 they called to say they would maybe arrive at 11 pm or perhaps Saturday morning. Then called George and he was to our place within 20 minutes. We would not recommend using George for any lock work you have. On two occasions we made an follow-up appointment with him. The first time he texted last minute saying he couldn't make it. The second time he was a no show. We originally had him rekey our house. Even that wasn't done well. We have a door that wasn't checked before he left. Even if you are desperate? FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!

I called Jax Beach Lockout & Key when one night I accidentally locked myself and my son out of our house. I'd like to mention that it was already dark out and I really needed to get myself & my baby inside. After calling multiple places and being quoted ridiculous wait times, and I mean ridiculous like a few days, I am so glad that I came across George because he came out when no one else would! He was at my house within 30 minutes, polite and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, we were inside our home in minutes safe and sound! He did have to come back the next day to install a new lock on my door, and unlike the review stating below, George was on time and very thorough! Would definitely recommend Jax Beach Lockout & Key!!!
