This guy was so helpful and unlocked my car in 5 minutes. On top of that, he even helped me with charging my car battery. Very nice. Highly recommend, I had called Admirals and they were going to charge twice as much just to come out and that did not include any extra time it may have taken them to do the work. So glad I did not use them and called this company!

Look no further for lock out issues! High tech and quality, reasonably priced service, that's cheaper than the dealership. This company is an absolute life saving service. It all started out as a fun vacation night of drinking with a plan, that involved not driving and drinking lots of water. I drank so much on vacation in Key West I couldn't remember the past night. I ended up losing my key fob to my 2016 Dodge Challenger Shaker. I called the Dodge Dealership. Hahaha, their call person said the next appointment they had available was three weeks away and they would call me. Red flag! I knew I wasnt getting a call back and this service person was a one wall individual. Never expect someone else to care about your welfare as much as you do. I made calls to a more experienced dealer in Miami. The call person there was slightly better but still with a hint of inexperience. They squared me away. I got my vin number off of my insurance. Called Key West Dodge, requested kindly to be transferred to a Cordovia, a mechanic in the parts section. This guy knew his profession well and gave me options and this was one of them. He saved me a towing fee and the hassle of dealing with that dealership. The locksmith set up a same day appointment and when he arrived one hour later, he programmed a new key fob to my car. The same one I would have had to wait three weeks for from the dealership. Excellent experience with this company!

Justin from 123 Lock & Key was able to solve my electronic key problem after others had failed. I had a courtesy key that would start the ignition but the key on the electronic fob would not. Justin went the extra mile to figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. He cut a new key, swapped the 'guts' out of the old fob and was able to reprogram the fob to allow the key to start the engine. His professionalism and quick, courteous service won my recommendation. Added bonus: The bill did not break the bank!

Justin from 123 lock & key had outstanding timing and was punctual to the very last second when I was on a crunch for time, opened my vehicle when my keys were locked in within under 2 mins, made a spare key in another 5, and had me back on the road in no time, and was extremely understanding and polite throughout the whole interaction. Thank you again, I highly recommend this company if you're in a pinch or in a rush, very timely, inexpensive, and highly professional.

I dont often need the services of a locksmith, but its reassuring to have Justin of 123 Lock and Key in my address/phone book. He called back promptly after my initial outreach and, on the day of his visit, Justin let me know he was on his way. And I guess most importantly, he took care of my lock problems and the cost was reasonable. I didnt know of Justin or the business before I called and if I have any more issues would not hesitate to call again.

Absolutely the best!! I was in a panic, I left the car running with my dog inside to stay cool with the a/c while I quickly popped inside to grab something. The pup stepped on the lock and locked me out, her in. I did not have another set of keys ... I called Justin at 123 Lock & Key and after hearing the situation, he shot over immediately and opened the car lickity split and saved the day. He was not only perfectly proficient but a very nice guy as well. Thank you!!!
