Sunday night we got back from a weekend trip to find my wife's car had a flat. Additionally, her key (we only have 1, don't ask me) was locked in the car. AAA sucks, but JRC came out, in the rain within 30 minutes, opened the car, put the donut on, and tried to refuse payment because the entire job only took 20 minutes, and he had just finished another job nearby.A true southern gentleman and hard working family man. I'll give James my business over AAA any day. P.S.- we made him take payment, even though he didn't want to.Highly recommend!

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Very polite and professional.Got to me fast and even had bottled water in the truck for me.Driver was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car, and gave me advise on how to fix the problem.It was a simple fix and with his advise I was able to fix it myself.Probably saved me a couple hundred dollars at a shop.Really cheered me up!
