We forgot our car keys in our aunts car...before she left for a trip that was 600 miles away! They came to our vehicle in a heavily secured hotel garage, unlocked our car, made a valet and spare key, and turned our car on to make sure that we were good to go. Yesterday 1/15/2020 getting out of work which I work in a school n may at times have a hectic day I come to realize I locked my keys in the car which was not a easy lock to deal with I have a Honda si so yeah I panicked and said to myself oh no this is all I need I called for assistance regardless of how close they are to my work place she was there in a heart beat and repeatedly tried n tried to unlock my car until doing so very polite and such a good heart she continued to try n get the door unlocked until she succeeded n didnt give up quickly they are there when you need them I have to say forever secure lock & safe is the business to call if needed they wont let you down I over the top higher than highly recommend them Thank you again

Do NOT BOTHER. I called last night before 5, was told someone would be here in the morning...it wasnt urgent..so we could wait. We were told we would here from someone before noon. At around 12:30 I called THEM and was told. More like 5 P . NO CALL NOTHING. We tired them once before a couple of years ago...SAME THING HAPPENED THENThese ppl will leave you stuck DONT BOTHER

The tech came to our rescue within 24 hours of my having called Forever Secure Lock! We needed a back door lock changed out and he suggested re-keying which was less expensive! He even went inside the home (its a rental and we live out of state) and checked two other exterior doors to be sure they were locked and secure! Easy, over the phone payment. Peace of mind for us!!

When my 3 year old locked my bedroom door with all my belongings locked in also, Forever Secure Lock & Safe came to the rescue at 10pm, arrived within 15 minutes and completed the job in 10 minutes. I called from states away and these guys were in the middle of a job and the owner with his wife split the team up in order to take care of us! They called us back right away each and every time! We communicated by phone, phone text and email. They met a family member at our home late in the evening to make this happen within 2 hours of my initial call. I work on a golf course (it was Fri) and we had a huge tournament that weekend... Well the door lock decided to completely stop working so there was no way to get back into our Pro Shop.
