Precision Cutdown

Robbed my 82 year old mother in law. Quoted 69.00 and then charges 190.00 for a basic chevy compact unlock. Bent the door now it leaks, drove off with her keys after botching the job. Their dispatch asked for time to sort the overcharge only to say the next day there was never a quote given and they would not let my talk to the girl I originally spoke. NEVER EVER CALL THESE POSs

Getting your keys locked in your vehicle is def one of the most frustrating things that can happen, especially when you're miles away from home with no spare key available. It was last Wednesday morning that I decided to wash my dads truck while I was home, because the key fob is expensive I left it inside as I washed the outside. After washing the outside I began detailing the inside and as soon as I wiped down the driver side door and closed it I realized I had locked the door with the keys inside. Thankfully I had my phone and wallet on me. I thought of possible solutions and they all pointed towards calling a Locksmith. I gave them a call and they answered right away and told me they could be at my location within 20 minutes. They arrived sooner than expected and they got my door open in less than a minute. Very happy with how fast and efficient they were able to open my door and have me on my way. The price was reasonable as others lock smiths will charge around the same price or a little more. Overall, I'm happy with the service they provided me.

This company needs to get their act together. Was quoted a price over the phone and told absolutely they can take care of what I needed. When I got there they said oh we can't program that key we have not been able to do it for 3 months do two upgrades on software. I was very clear on year, make, model and type of key thank you for wasting an hour of my time.

Called Lakeland locksmith for a routine job. They were quick to get there we only waited approximately 15 minutes. Once he arrived he was very friendly and professional. We had some banter about sports which is always a good time. After he unlocked the car of the person we called for I approached the man to make the payment. I was paying for a labor ready worker we hired for the day because i felt bad his keys got stuck in his car. He would have lost the money he made for the day. The man asked me 'do you know this person' I proceeded to tell him that i didnt and i felt bad for the guy. The man replied ' Well Im the owner and Im going to pass it down to you, Im not charging you for this' I was blown away and very happy. Great guy and great service!
