This married couple will to above and behind tocmake you feel at home. They treat your car like it if their own AND they not only tow they have great prices on getting rid of scoff, dings and scratches. I would also like to say their bed address is 1129 Pipkins Rd. In Lakeland. Theyre in the process of changing it on good. VERY VERY sweet people and I cannot reccommend them enough. Thank you!!!

BEWARE!! I had a vehicle stolen from my auto dealership, the Polk County Sheriffs office recovered the vehicle running and with keys but called this tow company to pick it up. This tow company is demanding $535 in cash to get the car back! The Sherrifs office has suspended them from their rotation as of December 4th 2018 for unknown reasons (gee, wonder why?) Save yourself the hassles and avoid them at all costs!! I got a quote from After hours towing for $80 to tow the vehicle back to Tampa. This Silver City company is a complete ripoff, imagine a poor person without the means to pay their extortion-they will loose their car.

Although, they answer the Lakeland Police Departments calls pronto, if you're a customer who's car was towed or customers insurance company forget about calling. They don't answer their phone. It gets forwarded to a different number who's voice mail is full. If you choose to send an SMS, they don't bother calling back. Our insurance has been trying to get a hold of them since yesterday and can't which is delaying the inspection of my car. This is frustrating.

Review update from previous posting via husbands account: So again Lakeland PD called Silver City Tuesday Sept 4th to tow my car. Lakeland PD has NO issues getting in contact with Silver City. Its Friday, finically, got a reply from them via text msg in response to a txt I sent them yesterday....their reply was this: Its because USAA has a road side service pick up their cars , we thought they were calling for a road side call ,, Anyway its taken care of ,, thank you !Sorry, Im calling this a BS explanation since they never answered when Ive tried calling them multiple times myself. The ONLY time I got a hold of them was Tuesday AFTER 5pm to confirm their address and tell them my insurance company would be contacting them. Last update: All is forgiven. Never was mad, just frustrated as being down to one car has been inconvenient. The people are nice, but I hope this experience has taught them they should answer their business phone ALL the time and empty their voicemail box so people can at least leave them a message.

They came to help get my truck unstuck around 12 am after they were closed at 5pm. Nice and professional people. They also gave me a cheap rate!

The owner ed was a cool guy. He hooked my car to his truck, took my car about 11 miles from where he picked it up. He told me upfront how much he'd charge and gave me a great deal. Almost 25% cheaper than the other guys estimate to give an idea. The other guys said almost $65 to leave their building, plus $3 per mile and 10% on gasoline. Silver City Wrecker Service did awesome! Would reccomend to everyone!

got help through honk for help - third party service. They billed them double for towing services, which i never got and Made ME pay for a donut that didn't even fit my car and left me stranded to have to call ANOTHER company to come help me get 2 miles up the rd to walmart just to buy a new tire. LOOK somewhere else for these scum bags
