Steve is awesome. He tackled a difficult job as I wanted a Nest Yale lock customized so it could be custom installed into a 4x4 gate. Not easy when the Nest Yale lock is designed to fit on a 2' wide door and the lock mechanism had to be welded, extended, etc but still work and look good. Steve is very professional, courteous and he does a clean job. Messing up a $1,000 custom gate was not an option and Steve handled it like he could do it in his sleep. If you want the best, call Steve!

Steve came to help me in the middle of a busy day. I lost my only set of keys, and he had work lined up all over the area. It didnt take long for him to make a new key and program the new fob. I called a dealership first because I never had this issue, and it was going to cost an arm and a leg. This was way cheaper and less of a hassle. Best guy in the area for this kind of service. This was an emergency case of a new car key. My only car key was so loose and bent I was praying everytime I had to start my car. But today I pushed it to the point that I had no choice but to look for a locksmith. So right after work I immediately drove to Home Depot and unfortunately they weren't able to help me but they referred me to a locksmith on East Bay so I Google map them and it said 24hrs so I was excited, BUT when I got there they were CLOSED (open Monday- Friday). So at this point I can't go home without a new car key. So I went back to Google map looked around AND that's when I found another locksmith, MR MCPICK LOCKSMITH....I held my breathe as I started my car, it started up and I immediately drove to him. He was helping another customer at the time so I politely stepped aside and when it came to me all I can say OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had fun, I felt at ease, we definitely had some good laughs and raised eyebrows when it came to my car. Like the owner said (WOW, I learned something new today). To sum everything up I would definitely refer MR MCPICK LOCKSMITH to anyone who is in need or should I say dire need of a car key made because he will definitely make sure you walk away with a smile and a job well done on both ends! Did a google search in hopes to get a last minute locksmith to meet me on my lunch break today. First two that I called did not answer. I then tried Mr McPick who was able to work me in! He met me at my house, worked fast, did an awesome job on what I needed done and also noticed a couple of things that could use a quick fix and went ahead and fixed those things too! Steve IS the best Locksmith.....periodHe was on time and well prepared for the challenge I gave him today. He installed a custom deadbolt on our 1969 Airstream door. My fiancs purse was stolen out of our vehicle and inside was the key fob for the vehicle and house keys to our home inside. We came across Mr McPick by searching local locksmiths in the area. I contacted the company and Steve (Owner) called me back right away. He came out the next morning and changed all of the locks to our home within an hour. In addition, he ordered and reprogrammed a new key fob to ensure that our vehicle could not be entered with the original stolen key fob. Steve was very understanding of the situation, and most importantly did not charge us an arm and a leg as the dealership would have for the vehicle. I was trying to rekey a lock by myself and things went terribly wrong. Springs and parts were everywhere and I broke some stuff. It was a real mess.
