I called at 4:45 (they close at 5pm) - and was helped by a super awesome associate who was able to schedule me as the first appointment the next day (wow!). I got a text message at 7:35am that the tech was on his way and he arrived shortly after at 7:55am. The tech who came out was awesome, knowledgeable, nice, helpful, and dutiful. He was able to answer all our questions around the different kind of security locks and we felt educated on the locks we chose. I got an email receipt of the invoice immediately after settling up with him for my records and all in all took about an hour to complete the job. I'm totally satisfied by this company's professionalism, courteousness, knowledge, and service. I highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths.

Disability Achievement Center received a donation of a like new, very large, power wheelchair that would not fit through a standard door opening. We discovered that one of our double doors would not open. We called The Flying Locksmiths and they were here the same afternoon to repair the door and witness a staff member drive the power wheelchair into our building. Had a great experience with this company this morning. We are moving offices and needed to replace the locks on the new building. I told them I needed it to be done within a 24 hour period and they were able to make that happen. Ray was out of town, but was very attentive and made sure were taken care of. Dave followed up immediately and again made sure we were taken care of. John was our service technician and he was extremely friendly and very helpful. Great company, I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend calling The Flying Locksmiths before calling any other locksmith you may come across online, etc. Dea, the person I spoke to in order to schedule someone to come out and rekey all of my locks, was awesome to work with. She was able to dispatch one of the locksmiths to my home that afternoon. Ned, the locksmith sent to my house, was also awesome to work with. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything in detail. Don't do what I did and call the first locksmith that shows up in a web search! Just call The Flying Locksmiths; you won't regret it! I have Ned's business card on my fridge just in case :)
